Very dirty and not well maintained!

Standard hotel in its class. Checked all the boxes and didn't disappoint.

The bathroom needs renovation …a refresh pretty much all around …

The front desk person was less than helpful and upon entering my room, there were stains all over the stools, and the tub was chipped

Acceptable pour une nuit mais rien d'extraordinaire. Déjeuner de base, mais ok, chambre confortable mais très bruyant (chambre avec porte commune donc on entendait toutes les conversations de nos voisins). Douche avec beaufo

First room had severe flooding. Roof leaking, ceiling falling in from rain, chairs and carpet soaked. Room key cards do not work. Some TLC.and updates are required at this hotel. Has potential but outdated and in need of repairs.

Loved the arcade/game room option. After a day on the road this was the perfect way for my family to unwind. Front desk person was so kind and helpful, very good experience!!

The hotel is going down big time.. i usually stay here everytime i go to plattsburgh but now its got real dirty ! The floors never washed and the carpet on second floor is completly nasty ! And smells. It time to invest money into the place before it closes down.

The room could use some sprucing up and a fresh coat of pain. There was a bucket in the hallway with ceiling tiles removed. Not sure what that was about. And unfortunately, the washing machine was out of order. Staff was friendly.

Quiet property, comfortable beds but no room service, no garbage pick up, no towel replacements.

I was very upset that the pool wasn’t available. My wife and I traveled two hours for a night away because this hotel had everything we wanted (pool and hot tub in the room). If we knew the pool wasn’t available we would have canceled our trip. And to top it all off the room next to us had 4 kids having a birthday party loudly, waking up at 5am with the mother yelling. Not a good trip at all for my wife and I unfortunately, but at least the staff was nice though.

Our hotel was very nice, it was good area close to everything. The lobby did smell kinda funky, but our room was really nice.

Great place to visit SUNY Plattsburgh

Our room was very comfortable and clean. We slept great! The public spaces in the hotel could really use a facelift, but for the price, we felt very satisfied with our stay. The location is also great.
