This has to be one of the most misleading properties I’ve seen. The hotel should not be in business, smoke alarms were off the wall, cigarette burns on the sheets, and roaches everywhere. The first room they tried to give me had black mold all over the wall. Their is no way they passed health inspections

The hotel needs alot of work. The sink in our room was loose and leaking. The walls in the bathroom were peeling. The shower was slippery. The smell was not good, especially in the hallway. There was a hugh ceiling leak in the dining area. And the dining area was very dirty

I had to change rooms because there was not a working tv remote in the room. In the new room, I noticed there was no soap dish in the shower. The sink is not located in the bathroom and the room's refrigerator makes noise throughout the night. It was unsafe because a door to the parking area is left ajar and unlocked.

Roaches inside room and the bathroom could’ve been better and cleaner my fiancé found pills in the room also

There was many Breakfast choices

Check in was good. The room was not clean. Floor was sticky. Refrigerator was disgusting. I was afraid to walk barefoot on the bathroom floor. The table legs were about to fall off. The one thing good about the room we had is the bed was quite comfortable.

The 1st room we were in had standing water in it. There was no phone to call the front desk. I had to walk back down to the offixe to inform them. The 2nd room did not look like it had barely been cleaned. Garbage in the garbage can, stuff all over the floor. Went to get in bed and thr bed about tipped over, call and they had to come have maintenence fix the bed. This was all at 11pm..

This place was disgusting. I wouldn’t let a wild animal. Stay there. I want my money back.

Room was filthy. I do not know the last time the floors were mopped. The sink did not work. Bath has some mold.

For $130 per night, the condition is only $60 … smells bad floor is dirty, the toilet is almost broken. Don’t come here

Dirty, dingy, roaches, broken window/ door, no lights except the bathroom light, just don’t stay

This is not a peoperty of Quality-In standard. Its lobby a gives good impression but the reat of the hotel is very mediocre.

Poor quality. No toilet paper. Screwed shut sliding door. Terrible smell to whole building. Smoking room even though we requested non smoking. Dirty and damaged room in general.

Refrigerator did not work. Safety latch on door broken. Floor lamp plug was cut off.

The bathroom sink was infested with drain flies.

Why I have a pay a deposit? Non-smoking room smells smoke! Not a good choice on my part to stay overnight at this place!

Room floor lamp inoperable due to plug cut off the cord. No coffee on coffee station in room. Local TV channels could not be received. Shampoo not replenished during housekeeping.

The halls smelled of smoke. The room was ok. Our sink was clogged and there were hairs on the counter. It was a battle trying to get an extra towel and wash cloth.

Area by the ice machine and vending smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, (possibly from the employee room next to the ice machine.) The vending machine was empty. The swimming pool had a family of ducks living in it. The location was convenient. The website doesn't match the policies posted by the registration desk.
