The hotel itself was fine as were the staff, however the “tourism fee” came as an unwelcome surprise. It is unfortunate that the property is pursuing the increasing practice of “junk fees” to increase their profit margin.

First time staying there and will definitely be back. Fairly new hotel, very clean, nice breakfast. Bonus rubber ducky for the tub! Just missing lotion in the available toiletries.

There is no accessible room and while they kindly gave us a room near the elevator, a shower chair and non slip mat, it really did not work well as the bathroom is so tiny and the corner of the counter is practically over the toilet seat. High narrow rim around the outside of the toilet seat which has a burn mark, is awful. Low toilet. No shampoo in the shower dispenser. I loved everything else and was aware that there was no accessible room but thought we could manage. We would not use this hotel again for those reasons though. Sad because I like Best Western. Kudos to staff, housekeeping and generally the building and brand. Wish we could have made it work better for us.

Single elevator caused lengthy waits. Bathroom sink was very slow to drain. Unwrapped dirty plastic cups appeared to have been semi-washed then put on desk beside coffee maker. Scrambled eggs at breakfast were very watery & little taste.
