The pool was not clean, the hot tub sidnt work. Then the pool was closed for 2 days which was our entire stay and that was the whole reason why we came to this hotel for my kids.

Room

I went to check in and they had no record of my booking. They said I could stay for three days but would have to move on Saturday, which wouldn’t have worked for me. I end up scrambling and found another place to stay for the five days. I’m very disappointed as this has never happened to me before.

Highly recommended

The double queen suite was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Friendly staff and well stocked continental breakfast. We would definitely return.

East of checking in late at night

Lovely rooms, very spacious, great location

at approximately midnight, someone tried to break into room from exterior window, person gained partial entry, I scared them off and they disappeared, I locked the partial sliding window that i didn' know was there as blind was closed and a late check in. Advised night clerk but unsure if any follow up was done, needless a night of no sleep. Result could have been different ????

The breakfast was amazing

Love that there was no carpet in the rooms (especially for people who have allergies).

Yes staff were excellent and we both commented on how quiet it was.

room was very loud, could hear everyone outside easily too hot fridge / heater were extremely annoying. no alcoholic beverages available.
