Great hotel! We have a little games room for the kids and a free slushy machine! Perfect getaway for family

I arrived earlier than check-in time around 3:20pm and was told that they would call me once my room is ready. I was asked to give my number and that I would be called when my room is ready. We remained in the lobby right in front of the desk for almost 1 hour and 30 minutes, and I didn’t receive any calls or messages. It was already 4:45pm when I saw all of the cleaning ladies beginning to leave the hotel. That was when I went up to ask the front desk if my room was ready or what was going on (we talked to the same lady who told me they would call once my room is ready). She said that she forgot to let me know although I was waiting in the lobby the entire time, and because of that, it made me run late for our family event. Because of this interaction, our initial impression of the hotel was not great because of this experience.

Clean rooms and good breakfast

The staff are very helpful and friendly, upgrade our room to a suite no extra charge, the room was very clean and breakfast was great. I also rent the place for our trading training event when we arrive it’s all set up, very nice and organized. Front desk staff are amazing, room was clean and the hotel is dog friendly. Easy access to outside to take dog out.

This was the cleanest hotel I've ever been in. Had a lovely shower, comfy beds and pillows, and really friendly and helpful staff everywhere. Upon arrival, they noticed it had been my birthday within the last couple of weeks and offered a complementary upgraded suite! This was lovely as it was unexpected. There was also a complementary coffee machine and a hot breakfast, both with many options and some different things than you'd usually find in a complementary breakfast buffet. Really great experience and we'll definitely be back!

We really enjoyed the unique spaces and additions like pool, games room, and complimentary slushy machine/chocolates in the rooms/rubber ducky. The rooms smelled nice and clean upon entry. We enjoyed the laminate floors in the rooms rather than all carpet. Everyone at the desk was very helpful and kind. Overall a wonderful stay.

Very comfortable rooms. Good size breakfast area with good selection of breakfast items. quiet ( no noise in hallways ) Friendly staff and very close to West Edmonton Mall

An alarm went off in the hallway at 2:30am. It was on for about half an hour before staff were able to shut it off. The toilet seat slid around. Breakfast was poor even by hotel standards. Paper thin bacon.

Hotel was conveniently located close to the hospital for my surgery.

Breakfast was excellent. They even had hot chocolate( not a coffee drinker). If the staff could have stopped the massive rain outside that would have been perfect. !!

Room was clean, though the setup of having the sink and mirror outside the bathroom was a bit inconvenient with family and kids. We would have preferred to have the skin and mirror inside the bathroom. Hotel was nice, pool and hot tub were good! Location is great
