The staff were not knowledgeable about the area for food and other things. Had to ask twice for clean towels as housekeeping didn’t come til the third day also staff was excessively noisy outside of rooms would not stay there again no matter what

The rooms were dirty the first room given toilet was backed up. Dresser sticky. This hotel isnt friendly. I would not recommend

Desk Clerk was good. She was gracious with everyone.

Wallpaper falling off the walls, missing curtains, air conditioning didn’t work half the time. Carpet was dirty upon arriving.

Manager and staff very good. Hotel needs to be upgraded, lots of maintenance issues. Lights not working, electric outlets not workinh, doors stick and do not lock properly. Our first night on the main floor, totally not acceptable. Those rooms should never be booked

Thread mill, fridge, bath shower faucet was out of order. mold in the washroom. full of bed bugs. blood stain in the blanket.

not so good. carpet is not good. water dipping in wash room. reported and changed room.

Dirty , no one seems to care anymore. They haven’t cleaned under cabinets in years . See the difference in colour of the brown stripes on the carpet . That’s dust and dirt and who knows what else . Won’t be stopping there again .

This was an inexpensive room where we crashed for 6 hours after a long travel day. It suited this need perfectly. While it’s definitely older and dated, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was included but we didn’t stay long enough to partake so I can’t comment.

Not much of a fitness room (closet size), Treadmill was broken, sauna did not get hot after waiting 45min., hot tub could be hotter & most jets not working. Continental breakfast was okay, but would eliminate the frozen egg muffin sandwich that had to be microwaved. Room was spacious and overall good having a microwave and fridge.

Very nice room and solid shower.

Staff knew the room had a giant hole in the sink, didn't both to tell us, very old grungy hotel, very weirdly laid out, dirty carpets, uncomfortable old mattresses. Good for a quick crash, but will pay the extra 30 bucks more for a nicer hotel next time.

My stay was ok, however the condition of the room amd property in general were below average. However I did see indications that improvements were being made.

Old and gross. Door to the room was damaged and it appeared there were stains on the carpet and curtains. Staff was fantastic and friendly

No luggage cart available to move luggage from vehicle into the hotel. No elevator to the second floor

Run away. There was nothing to like about this property. The room looked like it had been the victim of a bar brawl. Do not stay here! Breakfast was very sad and extremely limited.

Very hard bed, a variety of pillows hard ,soft would be nice . shower head could be changed

No temperature control visible. Hotel is dated. Repairs done with tape. Washcloth missing. Very simple breakfast.

I chose this property based on the Ramada brand and a competitive rate (over $200 per night), expecting a standard of quality consistent with other 3-star hotels. Unfortunately, this property falls far short of that expectation and does not deserve a 3-star rating. The room was unclean and in poor condition—shower fixtures, door handles, and other fittings were loose or falling apart. There was visible mold on the ceiling, and the carpets were extremely old and dirty. It’s disappointing to see the Ramada name associated with such a poorly maintained property. I will not be booking this location again and will be much more cautious when considering other Ramada hotels in the future. I regret not checking the reviews beforehand.
