Nice hotel in a good position, disappointed having to pay £6 for overnight parking, the hotel being too greedy.

Great location for airport and access to the south west of England

I found the staff very helpful and the room was clean and the bathroom facilities very clean. The manager Alex interduced himself to all the guest and wished us a good stay and offered himself to deal with any problems we might come across. we have stayed at this hotel a few times in the past and have already booked again in August and look forward to a happy stay again. Thank You Holiday Inn for such a pleasant stay.

I stay at this hotel whenever I am in Exeter as it is close to my customers site. Never had an issue, the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Conveniently located, being close to the M5 and a quick drive into the city centre. Hotel is fine for a one night stay but lacks any facilities beyond the basic and feels a little tired. The double beds are small and not particularly comfortable and one pillow per person is insufficient, so had to ask for additional pillows. On the plus side, the staff were friendly and the check-in and check-out process were efficient.

nice property, but does not include free parking and even for people who drop off its limited to 20 minutes. It is worth knowing about it ahead.

overall it was good. sofa bed needs upgrading, bit worn out. unlike other hotel breakfast time here is shorter, busy messy breakfast. parking not free.

The property is fine and the facilities are good. The parking seems safe and is convenient, but the spaces marked for the Holiday Inn were very full. The spaces marked for Miller and Carter were available but it was not clear if it was ok to park there. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. The bedroom was fine but stank of stale cigarette smoke. It was great the way the door closed to enclose the toilet within the bathroom for extra privacy among roommates. The breakfast was quite busy and the hot options were not restocked very quickly and the baked beans had fully run out. The croissants were burnt. The berries were not fully defrosted. The latte from the machine was not a latte and was frankly undrinkable. But once available, the scrambled egg and bacon were delicious.
