Very good and clean hotel!

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express was very pleasant. We found this particular Holiday Inn is invested in customer care, cleanliness, and making sure as a guest we are treated with care. The breakfast was nice as all Holiday Inn's. Only thought people may complain the food was cold, not hot. What I noticed is guest did not close the lids, therefore the food would cool off quickly.

AC kept turning off and on in the middle of the night to “maintain” the temperature, no exhaust fan in washroom. Breakfast and wifi was excellent.

Good breakfast and kids didn't complain about the internet so i guess it was good.

Good: Clean rooms, nice staff, good breakfast. Bad: No breakfast room so have to eat in the lobby area where is not pleasant. Also ugly neighborhood. Overall: This is a very old building with acceptable renovations done in the past years. It was OK staying there for 3 nights.

Our room felt like home. The hotel was close to Sea World and had lots of restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly. Our room was tidied up daily and was restocked with fresh towels. Breakfast was well stocked and had good variety. We stayed at several hotels during our vacation and this was our favorite. Would stay here again if we come back to San Diego.

Staff was great with their customer service. And cleanliness of room was good. Overall great stay! Thank you, holiday inn staff!

Room was clean the a/c wasn’t working was able to press the button on the outlet plug in order for it to turn on. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was alright. The dining tables were dirty. Wasn’t much options to choose from but was alright. Didn’t use pool/hot tub. Was disturbed twice for other guests thinking it was there room. Overall, stay was alright.

The staff was fantasic. The breakfast staff were very accommodating and helpful. The room was clean and housekeeping did a great job. Clean towels daily were appreciated.

Clean rooms and friendly staff

Staff didn’t give me a bill they said I booked through Expedia . But Expedia said I paid my bill @ property so they can’t issue a bill also they charged extra 223$

The breakfast was fresh. Room was clean. Staff was super. Parking was a little squishy but free. So nice. We used the gym. Reasonably priced.

Great staff, very clean hotel. Breakfast was great.

The staff was friendly and helpful, allowing us to check in about 30 minutes early without an extra charge. The room was clean and spacious and seemed fairly up to date. Even though our room faced the highway, we did not notice a lot of noise. Breakfast what's better than anticipated with plenty of hot and cold choices. The only minor complaint was the first night we were there, the cable TV would lose signal on all channels for random amounts of time and then come back on. Problem was resolved by the second day.
