Good location and decent rooms. The water pressure in the shower was very low but overall good place to stay.

Room was new and clean, outside need more cleanup. Pool and hottub was not operational and needed it after the long hikes

I love about the breakfast. The only thing I don’t like they don’t let us know. They’re doing construction. I didn’t get enough sleep. They already starting at 8 o’clock in the morning, I called the front desk what’s going on? She told me she’s gonna ask the Management if we can get a new room no response very bad

I love the cleanliness of the room and the breakfast was great !

I won’t say much, except that we are a repeat customer for many years. Perfect location with family and kids to hang out in evenings. Newly opened Target at walking distance is good. Just hoping they open up indoor pool and spa soon. Limited breakfast options, typical of most chain hotels nowadays.

We stayed in a room that had a terrible smell and we had to leave our windows open so the smell could leave. It didn’t work and we had to sleep with the widows open. The door got stuck and when we mentioned it to the front desk we were told we had to come back the next morning to get it fixed. The lock would get stuck and we had to spend over 10 minutes trying to get out of our room. The next morning we missed breakfast since we were too tired to try and open the door that was stuck again. We called the front and they had to bring two people to help. One person passed the drill to us and we ended up having to unscrew the windows so they could jump inside the room. We had to miss our morning plans. They had told us we had to come to the front desk at 6am! Very inconvenient for our stay. We were able to get a room out last night but it was very uncomfortable and unsafe to have to be in a room with poor ventilation and bad smell, and unsafe conditions.

The bed was hard and the pillows were not clean. I don't think it was washed. They gwve me new pillows after i complained

Decent hotel and environment.

There was construction work going on the roof. Drilling noise and vibrating walls throughout the afternoon. We were not given a heads up about this either. Shouldb e refunded for this.

The internet was not working,

Room is not spacious enough, there’s some disturbing smelle around, elevator is creepy

I booked this hotel having stayed at alot of other Holiday inn expresses mostly for the pool and hot tub which were closed, other than that is was nothing more than a regular motel

Spring break. Perfect location to walk to Heavenly and casinos. Breakfast was nice and the staff is great. The elevator in the back is a bit scary a walking up 3 flights 3-4 times a day was a little exhausting. The channels on the TV are minimal.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and will be staying for a week in two weeks time. There is a need for some maintenance and renovation to return the hotel to its former fine state. The heating only blew cold air. The friendly staff changed my room so I could stay warm. My new room was fine, the heating worked, but the TV and coffee machine did not work because the power supply was faulty. The breakfast is excellent, although the breakfast room is small and crowded. Lastly, the strong WiFi signal was not connected to the internet. When I called about this I was told it was the whole hotel. It was eventually fixed but the security level is so poor my MacBook did not want me to connect. I hot spotted through my iPhone.
