I gave the room 5 stars. However, I was disappointed with the service, because I asked for a deposit of € 200 but it hasn't been returned for 10 days until today. I hope the hotel returns my money.

Receptionists are not friendly, especially women, we checked in at 9 pm, when checking in, we waited a long time. Even though we had already paid for the hotel via app. After a long wait we had to deposit 200 euros and didn't receive cash, had to open credit card, and it returned a long long time after we checked out, why didn't receive cash to deposit? And one thing. We have to show & photocopy the passports of everyone who stays, not only those who book, I am mother & my daughter stayed in this hotel. Offer all. I don't want to book here again. Thankyou.

Good Breakfast and resonable price, have shuttle every 1 hour to airport. They have the weight for you to scale 1 € per time, but that is okay
