The accommodation was spacious. I loved the bed very comfortable. It felt like a home. The staff was very nice and respectful. Very clean all around.

My room was nice and clean. The hall ways smelled clean and fresh. The gym was clean. The guest laundry and vending area was clean and convenient. The staff was very welcoming.

Room keys didnt work. Television not working. No toilet paper in room. Suppose to be non smoking but room reeks. Strong smell of Marijuana in halls.

No shampoo, very thin blanket and towel

The room (117) that I stayed in on 3/20/2025 was infested with roaches. I do alot of traveling for work and this is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in!

I woke up at 4am only to find 6 active cockroaches in my room. Faked a family emergency to leave. Didn’t even ask for my money because it wasn’t worth it. Such a nice staff but a horrible facility.

Very friendly check-in. An unpleasant peculiar odor hit us as we entered the room. The carpet was old and stained. The bathroom was clean. The bed was VERY firm. I went to report the odor, but the front desk was closed for the night. We will not stay here unless they replace the carpet.

The room layout was nice. However there were absolutely no dishes in the kitchen. The toilet was clogged and the tub didn’t drain. When we left in the morning there was no staff around. The reception desk had a metal screen down and no place to return our keys

older property, sad looking fixtures and appliances but could have been ok for the price. zero idea how this place got an 8 out of 10, at best this would be a 5 or 6 honestly. broken drawer, no comforter at all so it was freezing at night, even the heater couldn't keep up with the cold outside. check in guy was nice. can't say much about any of the other staff or the morning staff. literally heard a woman screaming and man fighting with bang sounds and the walls shaking like she was being beaten over and over, wasn't sure if she was the floor above or on my floor. tried to call front desk but they were gone for the night. i don't know if there was a breakfast since i missed the time slot, but i saw on the check in email that there was supposed to be. anyways, i gather there are some people living here for a permanent basis for whatever reason, so you have a really sketchy and stupid clientele who won't shut up at 2 am and are completely tone deaf with rudeness or large dogs barking. i wouldn't stay here again if it was free

It was an okay stay..The front desk was very nice and professional but the hotel was very outdated and stinky. But You get what you pay for.

The only nice thing about the place was the nightstands. They looked like they are trendy. I found hair all over the kitchen, the nightstands. There were traces of bedbugs under the bed. It was awful. I think you could find somewhere on the street cleaner than this place. I’m had to call a phone number to check in and the check in counter was behind a roll top door. The employee too almost 10 minutes to come down. It’s very unprofessional. All previous extended stay campuses seem to be like this. I am sure this is not the first time this has happened.

Alishia was upbeat, pleasant and helpful at check-in. Returned late one night and key would not let me in the front door. Nightman answered phone quickly, was responsive and friendly. Hallway had a different food odor each night, not pleasant. Room was clean enough but couple of dead bugs by the AC unit, didn't see any live ones during the stay. Bathroom was clean, kitchen area clean but extremely date and one cupboard door would not stay closed. They need to rip out the carpet, probably clean but just doesn't look it anymore

Power was out in some of our outlets, but they fixed it quickly and offered a discount and fixed it within a couple hours. They were very accommodating!

I honestly don't know how this has an 8/10 rating. I've never had to leave a review like this before. Pictures and reviews looked good but don't let it fool you. We went to a different place to stay

The Suburban outdid my expectations. Nothing is perfect but theybwere great for the price and beyond! Def coming back. Don't go raising the prices now when this post catches all my Military brothers and sisters now. Great place for Vets. Oh, my only gripe is that its good to have trash cans in the hallway but they need to be in the rooms as well. Michael U.S. Army Veteran

Check in was quick and i love the decor of the suite.Clean,spacious, and very clean.Frobt desk guy is very professional and accommodating.

Everything was so special the place was very clean and the receptionist that night ( I forgt his name) was very courteous and professional. I recommend this hotel to any one who wants to stay in comfortable place.

I am handicapped impaired and had reserved an accessible room. There were no rooms available. They first put us on the 3rd floor with an out of order elevator meaning I would have to walk 3 flights of stairs. The room on the 3rd floor was already occupied so we were giving a room on the 2nd floor. The fire alarm chirped the entire trip because of a dead battery. We replaced the battery with a new battery to no avail. The refrigerator portion did not function even after adjusting the thermostat. The freezer portion froze solid every thing we put in it. It was just ridiculous. We will never stay here again nor will I recommend it to anyone I know
