The location was good and the room a good size. The bed was comfortable but the furniture was quite dated. The room and bathroom were clean. There was no fridge in the room and the aircon was old and noisy and would drip water after it was on for a while. The breakfast was quite poor in terms of the hot offer. The hotel had no bar or real social area so lacked any atmosphere. For 160 euros a night it was not value for money!

Really nice location for Oaxaca City. Was there with my friends and family, and we had a great time. Very clean! Thanks to the cleaning staff. Walked around at night and felt super safe. Loved that everything you could need is nearby.

The staff was excellent and the hotel/rooms were very clean. One opportunity for improvement are fridges in the rooms. The staff was willing to put things in their fridge but it's not convenient to get dressed and go down to the front desk for your left over pizza or meds at 10PM.

Excellent hotel and close by to many attractions

You can believe the high ratings! Traveling for work internationally, excellent reasonably-priced hotels are increasingly rare. Kudos to the 4-star housekeeping, kitchen & reception staff who all made for a great week's stay, especially the gentleman who repaired my suitcase handle. Appreciated the comfortable bed, traditional sink & coat hangers which made washing out clothes easy, good temperature control, no-nonsense TV, coffeemaker, phone, water bottles, & blackout drapes. One night the nightclub nearby was very loud. It'd be great to have screens on the windows & to replace carpet with flooring washable between guests. A concern was communication regarding taxi to airport. I was told the taxis they'd call all took credit cards. I double checked with driver who confirmed that. Midway to the airport, he had to stop to wait for another driver to show up to swipe my card. That guy wanted to add a 20% commission which I refused. I made it to the airport on time. But all that shouldn't happen trusting the hotel's selection of drivers.

We got a recently renovated room. Absolutely no complains. Room looked so nice and neat. Very polite and helpful staff throughout the hotel.

Everything is very close. It's easy to find everything you need to enjoy the most important places.

Property is old and needs renovation. The carpet in the hallways and in the rooms is old and needs to be replaced. On our last day we witnessed staff painting the carpet in the hallways. The hotel lacks ventilation in the long hallways; therefore, we had to walk in a hurry to avoid the smell fresh paint.

Hotel was very clean,rooms were nice size. Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Simple clean hotel in convenient location i Oaxaca, great value. My kid went in the pool everyday and breakfast was good!

Check-in was straightforward, staff was helpful, it’s not the Ritz Carlton, but it was spacious, Clean and comfortable.
