The primary reason I selected this hotel—despite the higher cost compared to other options—was the advertised availability of air conditioning, which is an essential comfort for me. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in my room was not working throughout my stay. I reported the issue to reception on the first day, but no one attended to it. I raised the issue again on the second day and was only provided with a fan, which was an inadequate substitute given the room conditions.
This experience was disappointing and did not align with the expectations set by your brand. I effectively paid a premium for a service that was unavailable. Had I known the air conditioning would not be functional, I could have chosen a more affordable hotel without such amenities.
