All facilities were excellent, staff excellent and the buffet breakfast was the best I’ve had and I’ve had a few, highly recommend!

Location is perfect for exploring Windsor/Eton . Setting on the Thames is lovely.

Positive parts of the stay were friendly staff, great breakfast and location. Negative were room - executive king, in space only. This room was worn and dreary looking, in need of updating and modernisation. I was woken very early to the sound of glass recycling bin being emptied, and you can hear creaking sounds as people walk around in other rooms.

We had a lovely stay and the team were all very friendly. The room was spacious and very clean, with a great shower, but the outlook was not great, and I feel that the view should be described at the booking or room description stage. The Brasserie evening meal was superb and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Our breakfast was also in the Brasserie and we were lucky enough to have a table with a river view. The breakfast was pretty good, however the cooked breakfast was luke warm, the fruit selection was lacking and the apple juice was very watery.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast buffet and lunch were both very good. Highly recommend.

Check in was ok, parking in the small Hotel car park was a good idea. Public car parks are expensive. We had an accessible room, which is in an annexe across the road (Pedestrianised), with small cobbled areas. The room was large and well appointed with a good wet room and plenty of grab rails. There was no real view. We did notice some damage on the wardrobe.The bed seemed fine until turning it back and seeing the bottom sheet untucked. A call to reception and a maid came to fix it. We went out and came back to find no duvet or top sheet due to a communication error. Another call to reception and it was fixed. Ate in the Brasserie which was very nice. Not a bad sleep, the room was quiet. But the bed was not completely comfortable. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice, but it probably pays to go early if you want a window seat EG before 8.30 am.

Great location and restaurant

Clean room, excellent breakfast bar and all-day menu, lovely view from the brasserie on to the Thames. Also, very convenient to train, Castle, restaurants and shops. Disappointed to have a room with a poor window view on to a narrow passage way. A couple of other minor irritations could be resolved through calls to reception/maintenance staff. I’d stay there again, but would stipulate room preferences.
