I had an amazing time at this hotel! Great location. We were able to be accommodated to check in early and late! We were able to get some hiking advice too :) We live in Phoenix and will definitely come back to this hotel again and again! The staff are fantastic, kind and helpful. Its breakfast was great too.

Every thing is good here. Only thing I dont like is they charge me $15 extra for parking which I never pay before.

The room was nice and clean! The breakfast was delicious and they had small omelets, mini pancakes and variety of other items for breakfast. I could see the red rocks from my bedroom window and also my car.

We had a lovely one-night stay while coming back from the Grand Canyon! The hotel was super clean and cozy, and the staff couldn't have been nicer. Plus, the breakfast was delicious! It's also in a great spot, with lots of restaurants and fun attractions nearby. We really enjoyed our time there!

Clean rooms, friendly staff, good selection of breakfast buffet items. The towels are old, rough and should have been thrown out 2yrs ago.

Very good experience at this hotel except for one big thing: there are HIDDEN FEES no one tells us about. My card was charged on check in, not check out - $65 more than my room was reserved for. I was given a receipt at checkout that was inaccurate. A week after the stay I’m still trying to get staff there to make things right. BE FOREWARNED- there is a nonrefundable $15 fee just to park there, & there’s plenty of space in the parking lot.

Staff is super helpful, especially Jordan at the front desk.. he was able to to recommend some beautiful places to visit and he came thru... thanks a million Jordan..

Very nice hotel, clean and bright. Not their fault it was high tourist season in Sedona (was a local for years), lol. That being said, it is accessible to many trails and dining options, the shuttle stops right at their door, etc. Just it was very, very busy and the people in the dining area getting breakfast was a little overwhelming in the a.m.
