Very nice

Room was clean and great size. The WiFi was pretty poor and the service person wasn’t able to resolve it. The hotel was just okay. For the price point it was a pretty good deal but if you’re looking for more of a vacation, I would save this hotel for a single overnight trip not multiple days.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and the beds and pillows were great. We were traveling with two dogs and everyone was friendly and supportive of that from the front desk to the maintenance person outside

Check in was good, room was clean and fairly large with a nice balcony. Communal areas were a bit shabby and in need of a deep clean, walls and skirting boards showing signs of age and quite dirty in places. Breakfast was okay.

The air conditioner in my room 150 needs to be checked I called twice so it was not cooling propetly Had it on 72 and came back and room was 76 Called twice Disappointing stay

Upon checking in, we could not gain access to our room via the key card, as it was not properly activated. Had to go back to front desk for re-activation. When we got into the room we needed to place some perishables in the mini fridge. When I opened the fridge door, the unit almost toppled over, as it was missing a front stabilizing leg, Next tried to use the small floor standing tray table, but it was broken. It leaned so much, things rolled off. The air conditioning system was incredibly loud, so we did not get a great nights sleep. Breakfast in the morning was ok, nothing special, but it was tasty

large pool and spa, great breakfast, easy parking and comfortable bed among the highlights.
