Our stay was beautiful, the service was amazing. The property does need an upgrade.

Our room looked out to the pool and ocean which were quite stunning. Everything in our room was as expected and we enjoyed immence peace and quiet. It was a wonderful get away.

I have been wanting to stay here since I was a in my twenties and I was not really impressed. For just over $500 for the night, it was disappointing. There was no soap in the shower container, no lift working so we had to use fire exits to get anywhere and a dodgy corridor to get to our car. If you have no lift working to gain access to the Northern side, then offer Valet. The property also needs maintenance and is stuck in the 80's. We loved the 80's ourselves, however someone needs to invest in this place if they want to charge what they are charging. Also the water fountain in the corridor had faulty sparkling water and just air coming out. This is a beautiful property, however it needs love and your service needs to meet the cost. No having a lift operational is not ideal and i do no know how long this has been for and it may be for a day or two. This is where breakfast comps come into play maybe....

Great pool, although not maintained and clean. Could be great, facilities need an upgrade or maintained. Broken umbrellas, ice machines, drink dispensers, can’t sit of some pool loungers as trees in the way, all pools were dirty or debris, very very limited resturant.

Still a great hotel with a brilliant buffet breakfast. The dinner restaurant has a great location overlooking the pool area and has a very tasty menu.

Very nice 80s style hotel

Very nice hotel rooms and staff were amazing.

Beach front location was excellent but as a whole it could do with a refresh as rooms are looking a little run down. Had a wonderful stay nonetheless.

Loved being very close to Surfers without the riff raff!

Love the property and great for families, however some care is needed of the overall property in terms of being clean. Specially the swimming pool has broken tiles that make is discusting and for some reson my shorts tunred yellow after a few days in the pool.

Charged parking for full week stay - had to use a seperate scan app instead of just registering your vehicle. No hot water on last morning in multiple rooms, rooms not vacuumed, ground floor hallway smelled of mold

This hotel is in dire need of renovation. We only stayed a night before changing hotels as it was so bad. There were so many problems but to name a few: - terrible musty smell in reception upon entry - old run down rooms with stained bath tubs, chipped walls, mouldy bathrooms - for over $800 per night - ridiculous - pool old and dirty - creepy crawly in the pool and men scooping old leaves at 11am - Rusty exterior, run down decks and pool features - buffet breakfast poorly set up with no crockery and cutlery available, many food items run out, poor selection of fruit etc - Veuve bar at pool - good idea - but not even set up properly, no ice, no Veuve glasses, poor barman didn’t even have the ingredients available in the bar to make one of only five or so Veuve cocktails on the menu - he was so frustrated and apologetic - Staff were great - let down by facilities Do yourself a favour and stay at the Langham for an amazing time!

The place needs a good renovation. The pool is filthy . Rooms are dusty . Not worth the price
