Great location, in walking proximity of lots of stores and restaurants. The building itself isn't the newest however it was pretty well maintained and clean. You do have to pay $10/day for parking at a separate cost from the room. Jabree, who is a part of the hospitality staff was downstairs every morning I was there for breakfast. She was extremely attentive and professional. Making sure everyone had everything they needed and the food was constantly fresh and replenished.

The staff is always friendly and super helpful. Great small workout room. Easy access to downtown Athens. And a great breakfast area/workspace. All around a great place to stay in Athens!

Average hotel…not worth what we paid for the night but it was move in weekend at UGA so all the prices were high. Room had an air freshener in the AC unit that I did not care for. Front desk girl was not the friendliest when we checked in. Good breakfast selection. Don’t understand why you have to pay for parking.

The staff was very helpful. The location was excellent for us to be close to campus for dorm move-in.

Changed rooms twice and still ended up with room smelling musty and damp. Think it made us all sick!

The night staff were great. The room was extremely damp and couldn't get the temperature to regulate the dampness. It was so late in the evening/early morning, it was just dealt with. Breakfast options were good. Busy weekend limited parking but excellent security.

Normally I like Holiday Inn but this hotel was unattractive with a crazy parking lot. Check in took over 30 minutes. The room smelled like mildew and the second bed had crumbs on it. I didn't eat breakfast but I did make coffee and it was a pain. There were 2 machines that made 1 cup at a time and wasn't quick. I can't imagine if it was busy... No coffee for you.

Holiday Inn Express was conveniently located on Hwy 78, Broad Street. Nice Clean hotel.

We had a great stay at this hotel the breakfast bar is the best breakfast bar at a hotel we have ever stayed at the selection is incredible and the staff is super friendly it is a better breakfast than a lot of restaurants in Athens the lemon water in the front is awesome as it was very hot the days we stayed if you're looking to stay in Athens stay here we also had a dog and they were very helpful

The Hotel was very well maintained!!! The guy at the front desk was very nice and helpful . Cleaning staff is extremely polite and friendly. The breakfast ladies were very kind and helpful too. Free , hot breakfast was excellent and lots of variety. Overall Awesome , experience, will definitely recommend and visit again, thanks !!!
