Positive feedback- The check in experience was great. Front desk was friendly and quick. The pool and outdoor area was clean and nice. The bball half court was a nice amenity for our teenage boys. The glass rim was shattered but the hoop was still usable. Hotel was clean and the free breakfast is a plus with great options. Negative- Although the 2 bedroom suites are spacious with kitchens and 3 tvs ideal for families, the furniture is run down and old. The rooms can use some serious maintenance and upgrades. The furniture is ripped, stained, missing pieces and falling apart.

These rooms are beat up in the hotel has the ugliest old carpeting. There is no sidewalk around the property and they threaten if you smoke cigarettes or cigars to charge you a $250 fee for smoking legally outside. I don’t appreciate being treated like a child and I would’ve never smoked anywhere near the hotel but asking us to walk onto the freeway is actually insane. There is so much space around the property put a bench in an ashtray so people don’t sneak in fact when we pulled up to our door to walk in there were two people smoking directly next to the door. These rooms are a motel six at best. The beds are also pretty firm. I do not recommend this hotel to anybody. The guy that checked us in had filthy pants on also.

Great experience from the moment I checked in. Christine at the front is amazing and very helpful. We were there for the Navy graduation & she provided tons of helpful information. I would stay again!

This our 2nd stay here. Our 1st last year 2024 n this year 2025. We actually stayed here on both times to attend Navy graduation. The hotel location is convenient to Navy base n stores as well as restaurants. Reservations staff n hotel staff are wonderful. Their information about everything concerning our stay was very clear n that includes rides. Rooms were clean n tidy n enough towels. Breakfast was AWSOME n on time.I can honestly say that this hotel never left any information out that would allow us to complain of anything. Really enjoyed our stay n the service.

Very close to the Navy Base , many stores and restaurants . Room very clean 100% recommended 😊

Two ladies at the front desk were amazing and helpful. Breakfast staff very attentive making sure everything was clean, stocked and organized Short drive to Great Lakes.
