Room floors were dirty and towels were not stocked when we checked in. The bedsheets were dirty and had to replace them at the front desk. Even on request, Housekeeping didn't clean the floor. Overall the place is old except for the hardwood flooring in the rooms. I wouldn't book this place again.

The room was filthy. The bathroom had mold around the shower. The floors in our room were filthy as my father-in-law needed to wash his feet after walking around. One bed spread was dirty and when we asked for a new one we were told we would have to come get it because there was no one to put it on. When my wife went to talk to the front desk she had to wait for the woman to finish her phone discussion about her swing set at home. The breakfast sucked. The eggs were cold and when I asked about ketchup the woman showed me with a scowl on her face.

Got rudely woken up by housekeeping. After telling her we were still in the room she came back again to reask if she can clean or wait till 11 am checkout. She then proceeded to wait outside the room listening to music until we left.

Great location to see all the attractions in and around Rapid City

Road noise and dirty, old hotel. Staff was very nice though.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at the Quality Inn. The room was clean…the bed was comfortable. The hot breakfast was quite good and the staff made sure it was plentiful. We would definitely book our next stay with this hotel.

Desk receptionist very helpful, very pleasant. Maintenance staff assisted with unlocking door latch very quickly, very accommodating. Nice, quiet, clean room. I will stay there again when required for surgeries or any other need to be away from home.

The hotel was very conveniently located. Just minutes from the hospital. Staff was very accommodating and friendly, and the place was clean and quiet.

This hotel needs updating and the rooms were disgusting. All the bedding was stained or dirty. The bed skirt looked like it has never been changed. The sheets were stained.

Noise

The hotel is not upkept in a professional standard. It is dated; the elevator has a terrible smell. the swimming pool is cold.

Disliked my stay here so much I ditched my non-refundable, multi-day stay and moved to another hotel. Sadly, I wasn't the only one which is why the hotel staff isn't surprised when you check-out early. This property has so much wrong with it, I barely know where to begin.

I travelled from Canada for a couple of days with family. The staff was great, Derek from the front desk provided exceptional service. Reasonable price and services. Highly recommend.

The receptionist, I believe Derick or Erick, was exceptional! I had made a mistake with the check in date but he straightened it out for me. Expedia could not help with that. I will not be using Expedia again.

With the thin laminate floors they've installed, if you are in the lower floor you get to hear every single step made by the person above you. The people above me apparently decided to rearrange the furniture in their room at 3am and do some clog dancing. Didn't get a wink of sleep. Tons of traffic noise outside all night as well.

Pool was cold, elevator smelled musty breakfast was ok, but rooms were clean.

Their cable tv was out. We canceled and stayed at different hotel. And my reservation was non refundable. Thanks jerks. Won't ever stay again.
