Unprofessional staff, unsafe and dirty conditions

Had roaches andunder tge bed was really dirty

My stay was. Great easy check in and pet friendly highly recommend this. Stay to anyone that’s around the area

Perfect place without breaking the bank

During my stay, I found 3 “Roach” in my room. I went to the Guest Service Desk, & the employee relocated me, to another room.

Had a nice stay. Room was clean no stains within the sheets. Water didnt get too hot but it was still a good temperature

Absolutely wonderful stay. A lot of places in this area ans Walmart is within a mile away . Golden Corral and other places to eat .

Convenient right off the highway, and easy to access. The property is a tad old.

Absolutely disgusting! Rooms un-moped, nothing has been wiped down in ages. There were holes in the drywall, mold all over the bathroom. The bedding was covered in stains and cigarette burns. The Front desk did move us to a different room that had the same issues. Beyond the initial move the front desk was helpless.

Booked rooms late in afternoon due to long day of travel. My last worry was a cockroach infested room. Went straight to bed, and in the morning woke up to cockroaches all over the tables, chairs, floors, and around my luggage. Took a few pictures and decided to speak to someone at the front desk. No one was at the front desk, after about 10 minutes an employee meet me, I explained my situation and showed him the pictures. I explained to him that I was disgusted and disappointed with cockroach infestation. He took very little interest, I feel this wasn’t the first time they have had complaint about this.

Ask for a blanket was told they don’t have any at all and then I ask for coffee in my room and I had to go upfront to get it . The weather was 23’

So usually we stay in little hotels and motels and have great reviews, but this one I can’t give more than 2-stars. 1. Room was semi-clean, but when we looked at the bed to checked for bed bugs, it was nasty. Granted it did not have bugs, and 2 covers and mattress pads so we decided to stay. 2. The outside was very trashy, dog poop on the stairs steps, diapers, food and trash on the ground. Vending machine was nasty and was leaking. 3. The hotel staff was non-existent and you had to weight forever on them. (Except the young lady, I dealt with Monday night, she was great. 4. Breakfast was good what was left, they never refilled the eggs or meat. And the area was so unorganized. And Cars were up on jacks. I get it, times are hard. But this hotel needs help. I am sorry I never give bad reviews, but our 4 days here was an adventure.

We found roaches in the bathroom and one in the bed
