I love the overnight security!

They had construction wich they did not say. And it woke me up not letting me rest horrible service

Great stay!

Rooms were clean, check in was easy and fast, staff were nice and helpful.

It was a good stay, the only thing I wasn't too happy about was that there was no washer/dryer or gym. I don't believe that the renovation part was told to us when it was booked. Other than that, we had a good stay.

I was very pleasantly surprised that the lady hotel manager was greeting the people who were having breakfast in the dining area. She asked me if I had slept well, if there was anything I needed, and that made me feel really good. I will definitely stay at this hotel every time I sleep in San Antonio.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good quality and good options. Parking was secured/gated and garage parking was an option. The overall quality was good. Will definitely stay here if we visit San Antonio again. Highly recommended.

The night shift guy was rude. I ask him where we could park there no were to parking.

Always clean. Feel safe leaving my car. Helpful people to quickly check me in.

Happy hour from 5:30-7. Each guest gets 3 beers or glasses of wine.

Friendly, courteous and professional staff

First the room smelled an old musty odor. Nothing unbearable i just sprayed frebreeze. Helped a little, by morning the smell was back. For some reason my room was an adjoining room in which the people next door kept going in an out letting the door slam which kept waking me up. I did not sleep well and woke up still tired. First time experiencing this at Holiday inn.

Hi we have a family of 6 everyone fit comfortably the staff cleaning ladies and the big boss lady were very nice and sweet people we enjoyed are stay. needing anything extra pillow towels ect. never had a problem getting definitely will be visiting again 😀 😊

The hotel met all of our needs. It is moderately-priced and included a nice breakfast and free coffee all day. The staff members were very courteous, attentive and helpful. Of the two elevators, only one was readily available and upon entering, a large sign was displayed stating that jumping up and down while in the elevator could cause serious harm. Obviously, that has been enough of a problem to necessitate a sign addressing the issue, but did not instill confidence upon entering! We rented a car and appreciated the parking availability, both covered and uncovered, as well as easy access to the parking area and the outside pool area from inside the hotel. We chose this hotel because of location: it is close to the airport, has easy access to I-410, and is located close to the family members we were visiting.
