Hotel was very dirty. Floor in hallways was not only stained but covered debris. Room was just a dirty and shower was disgusting. Room was falling apart and not maintained at all. Would not stay here again.

Great customer service and very clean hotel.

Nice breakfast options! Convenient location off of highway; close to the local shopping mall and other shops and eateries; no bathtub but the shower had perfect water pressure adjustable shower head and toiletries; comfortable bed and plenty of pillows

The staff was great. Each incounter was just as nice as the others. And the water pressure in the shower!!!!!!OMG

Very friendly staff & clean

We had to switch our room twice. Very inconvenient after traveling all day. 1st room smelled disgusting, 2nd room smelled slightly better and was cleaner but the air didn’t work. Staff was friendly enough but didn’t seem surprised of the room conditions.

The hotel smelled like weed, our room was dirty, the couch in room was not cleaned, all the furniture minus the bed was not cleaned, mini fridge was filled with un thrown out stuff. Hotel is disgusting and I want a refund on this

We had a few issues, but nothing over the top. The staff were incredibly helpful and acted extremely fast to fix it. Would stay again.

We had issues with rooms when we got there and Expedia overbooked and decided to drop our stay there.

The only downside is the shower is too difficult to turn on. They should be replaced with easier to operate newer faucets.

Beds are comfy, shower is good, and ataff is great. Needs a paint job though

The room was nice but I was in a room that had no heat and no one was at the front desk so I can change so I had to sleep in a cold room until the next day

Had 2 rooms. 1 room was fine. The other was dirty. There was bottles of liquor and underpants in the trash. A bed was also broken in the room.
