A very old hotel that haven't been renovated in many years, both from the inside and outside. Some very important notices: 1. Very old and not equipped bathroom and toilets. Very smelly toilets other is constantly in the air. 2. Level of cleaning in the room is very very poor. 3. Unpleasant pillows to say the least. 4. Mattress was very dirty and very old. 5. The corridors carpets are very old and have a smell coming out of them. 6. Front desk and lobby needs immediate attention in terms of the look. 7. The past few years prices were increased between 300 to 400% and in return as a customer, you don't get anything back in terms of Services and quality levels 8. The more experienced stuff is polite and attentive in a way. 9. In the past few years, the only thing that have changed is the bigger TV screen inside the room. With the rest everything just stayed the same as it was ages ago. .

Location, staff, rooms, restaurants

I think the very high cost it felt that in that price we could get better in other hotels. The bed was very soft it was the worse thing it felt you couldn’t get up. Terrible bed

Stayed to celebrate my birthday. The hotel went above and beyond to make it a memorable occasion with a beautiful birthday cake and extra drinks. So very kind and thoughtful. All staff were very pleasant and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Couldn’t fault the hotel. Met my expectations and more. Would definitely recommend Crowne Plaza hotels to family , friends and associates. Thank you .

In the past few years, I stayed at the hotel multiple times. The prices have raised by 300% during that time period and very little has been done in renovating both the rooms and the exterior layout of the hotel if I used to recommend it to others, I will no longer do so. I have to say that one or two person from the staff at The Reception are very nice and attentive. To summarize, value for money is no longer appreciated in this hotel.

הזמנו חדר עם 2 מיטות זוגיות ,אנחנו זוג +2 בנות.חדר היה מאוד מסודר,נקי ,הכל עבד ,כל יוםהחליפו מגבות ,נתנו בקבוק מים הוסיפו כל מה שהיה חסר.ארוחת בוקר לטעמנו הייתה טובה מאוד.בריכה חיצונית ופנימית היו נקיות,חוף פרטי מצויין.אנחנו נותנים ציון גבוה למלון.

There was never parking onsite and we had to constantly park across the road which was a bit of a pain. It was also a struggle to dry our pool clothes as we had no balcony. Other than that, all good!

The property requires updates, and certain areas need more attention to safety and cleanliness. For instance, the spa entrance and the ramp leading to the pool can be slippery and pose a risk of falls. It’s important that these areas are consistently cleaned to prevent accidents. Additionally, the carpets in the hallways have a musty odor, which is unpleasant. While some staff members are exceptionally friendly and helpful, others seem more focused on financial matters than guest experience. Front desk staff, in particular, could be more welcoming; greetings like “good morning” or “good evening” were often overlooked. Many of the team members appear to be still in training, and resolving issues can be challenging without suggesting solutions yourself. This made the check-in process more stressful than expected. Very defensive way to treat travelers.
