The receptionist was very rude and unfortunately unhelpful at all, we weren't pleased at all to stay at this hotel

My stay was really nice, the check in reception staff member was friendly nice and professional. My requests was answered quickly. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was simple but delicious, so a little more varity can help it to become from good to great. The only inconvenience is I would say the area of the hotel is a little far from public transport aproximatly 15 min walk. Other then that well done to the teams in reception, cleaning, catering and the management.

Hotel is a typical outside of town hotel. No character. It was a bit tired in places but staff were good.

Very cheap hotel. However: Lost laundry, unreliable staff(strangely irresponsible behavior and attitude especially young staff), broken shower and minibar. Only dining they have is extremely poor quality of food and horrible taste. Never come back again for sure.

Accessible to the airport, easy to access. All the amenities we needed.

The staff were very helpful and professional. They went beyond and helped us with everything (we had incident that our baby's hand was burned by hot water and they provided first aid and sympathy). I hope more hotels in Germany learn from the staff in this hotel. Within easy reach of airport and messe.

Great experience on this first stay at NH Leipzig Messe. Everything was ready at check-in and the front desk personale was kind and friendly.

Did a stopover on our way to Austria and it was worth it. Nice and spacious rooms and very good breakfast

The hotel is new the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel messe is central to everywhere. If i had any criticism it was the beds are a bit hard . Will use this hotel again for sure

If you are attending an event at the Leipzig Messe... this in one of the few 'walkable' hotels in the area. The room as better than I anticipated, and the weekend dinner buffet featured a wide variety of dishes... and was an excellent value. I tolad my wife I would bring her along to next year's event... and stay here again!

Very nice hotel, rooms are clean, nicely decorated, beds are very comfortable, bathrooms come with full bathtub, WiFi works well. The most amazing about the hotel is their breakfast - large selection of warm and cold items (eggs, sausages, juices, smoothies, fruits and vegetables, yoghurt, cereals...), one can have different breakfast every day. And every day, the breakfast will be delicious.

Overall good hotel, but the room that we were in the air con did not work.

Stay one night here during our German road trip. The hotel staff are friendly and professional. Absolute great value for road trippers. We start looking the NH chain hotel to stay along our way after this wonderful hotel experience.

Staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean and spacious. Breakfast was amazing in terms of choice! I liked the self serve coffee machines as you can get macchiato and latte. A late checkout of 11am worked well for us. Walking distance from Leipzig Messe S Bahn is quite far but we did it a few times and got used to it
