Clean room, friendly staff, children-friendly pool, especially the communication message, staff response very fast.

The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Myself and my children enjoyed the pool and breakfast was very tasty. If I'm in the Ottawa area again, I would surely book this hotel again

Staff and property were great! However, they did not have AC on during our stay (mid March), so it made for a very warm room (23°c) and an uncomfortable sleeping environment

We went for a short family vacation as a family of 5. The room was spacious enough for a cot and not feel crowded. The fridge and microwave allowed us to keep food costs to a minimum. The breakfast was filling with lots of options. The pool provided a great break for the kids. This was a great stay for everyone in the family. Thank you!

Clean spacious rooms, two queen sized beds were nice to have with young kids. Good spread of breakfast items. The breakfast area was available for use if you order a takeout to sit and eat, it was good if you have kids so as to avoid mess in room. Overall a good place to stay with families. Would definitely visit again.

Very impressed with the hotel. Spacious clean rooms. For a family of four, we were very comfortable. Offer complimentary continental breakfast. The packaged muffins were yummy especially the blueberry. The pool is decent size with fresh towels. The fitness center is well equipped. Appears to be a hotel for business travelers but just as good for families. Hotel is pet friendly too. Next time maybe we'll bring our doggo. The hotel is centrally located. Dining and tourist attractions are within 15 mins driving. They have free underground parking plus overflow outdoor parking next door.

Very friendly staff, particularly during the breakfast time. Well organized. Included breakfast was very good (toasts, waffles, scrambled eggs, cereal, oatmeal). Not much underground parking but there is plenty of free parking outside the building. The smell in the room was a bit that of a wet rag but generally very clean floors, linens, towers. So slight smell was the only thing that could improve and at least in our room (we didn't complain as it wasn't that strong nor bothersome enough).

The room was spacious. The couch folded iut to a third bed allowing each of us to have our own bed. I would definitely book here again

There was an ice storm expected and I have a handicapped sticker because of an operation gone bad on my foot,anyways we went to the Senators game and when we got back all the parking was taken cuz all thier contract buddies had to take shelter and a paying handicapped customer had to seek parking elsewhere as they never plowed thier own spaces so I had to park elsewhere in the freezing rain. Thanks a lot Ottawa, love you too, till never again have a nice day.oh and its been 4 days since we checked out and they are still hanging on to my $100 deposit

We only stayed one night, so we didn't use the laundry service, but check in was painless and friendly. Room was large and clean, fridge, microwave and great TV. Everything was clean and well kept. Underground indoor parking and a good buffet breakfast were included. Very convenient location.
