Warm and helpful staff. Clean and pleasant room and open areas.

My husband and I stayed here with our daughter and my mom while attending my best friend’s wedding in Guadalajara, and we had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed by the staff. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast buffet offered an excellent variety of options, from healthy choices to traditional Mexican cuisine, so there was something for everyone. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Guadalajara. We would definitely stay here again!

Para el precio que manejan esperaba mucho más de este hotel . El baño de la habitación olía a drenaje el baño no tenía puerta ni cortina para bañarme se inundaba el baño y las sábanas me causaron picadura . No soy alérgica ni mi piel es sensible e estado en otros hoteles y nunca me había sucedido esto . La taza del baño estaba como con sarro . Creo que le falta mucha atención a este hotel . Su equipo muy amable eso sí todo el personal se portaron muy amables . Pero respecto al hotel le falta mucho por renovar sus instalaciones.

This is a really pretty property in a nice location. The trees in the ground are specially beautiful. The rooms are quite large. The room service food that we ordered was really excellent as was the buffet breakfast. There were some maintenance issues and the gym is very much out of date, but I would definitely stay here again.

Reservé por error... inmediatamente comuniqué el error... Y no solo pagué esta estancia que no aproveche, sino la de la semana anterior que eran mis fechas correctas... y Además.... lleno de niños ruidosos por un evento de la SEP

Muy decepcionado del hotel. Pedi una capsula de cafe andicional y me la querian cobrar. En ningun hotel del mundo me habia pasado. Nunca espere esta en un hotel de la categoria del Camino Real. Pague $6,500 por 3 noches y no son capaces de darme una capsula que cuesta menos de $20 pesos. Las toallas estan viejas y deshilachadas. El hotel necesita un poco mas de mantenimiento.

This is a good place to stay

The hotel is very neglected, the towels are extremely old, and the cleaning staff is not properly trained to clean. The courtyards are abandoned and strewn with trash; there is no hot water in the bathroom; and to top it all off, the front desk staff is extremely rude.

I booked 3 rooms in the beginning of January, 2026. Every room had a musty smell. The showers were covered in mold. The toilet overflowed twice in one of the rooms. The pools were not maintained. I was double charged for a breakfast meal. It has been over a month since my visit and I am still waiting for my refund. The staff were very friendly and polite.
