The staff was generally kind and attentive, Overall, customer service was good, and I understand the staff is not responsible for the hotel’s condition.
However, the room does not match the photos or advertising at all.
The kitchen had two burners, but only one worked. The exhaust fan above the stove had no fan installed. The air conditioning is very old and extremely noisy, and there is an opening in the wall for sir ventilation that makes the noise even worse.
The biggest issue was electrical: every time we used the AC and the stove, the breaker would trip — this happened about 7 times, Leaving with no air-conditioner and the room is not that fresh...Next day, the breaker started to smell like pastic burning which was honestly concerning for us . We reported it, but the situation didn’t improve cause Later, the bathroom lost power completely, and we were forced to use phone flashlights .
I booked this place specifically for the kitchen and air conditioning, and neither worked properly.
The owner have to do some serious renovation to mach the advertising online.
