Hotel is very nice. Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Only reason I didn’t give them five stars was that the airport shuttle did not show up as promised and after waiting nearly an hour late at night, we ended up taking a cab.

We stayed for just a night but the room was clean and spacious. The lobby and staff was welcoming. Made it easy to set up transport to the airport. Only downfall was only one elevator was working so it took a while in the evening to get on.

Convenient to airport. They have a shuttle to airport and to rental car areas. Have rooms that are hypoallergenic for those with allergies.

The staff of the hotel was exceptional. The property was undergoing renovation and we were one of the first to stay there. The rooms were great and the location was super convenient to the rental car return and the airport. Definitely will stay there again.

The property caught on fire during my stay at 2am. We had to wait for hours to get our belongings after evacuating and no accommodations were made for other hotels. Zero chance I would ever stay at this property again.

First paying for parking at a hotel is ridiculous. The price of the room for a double queen at $230 should come with parking. Only one elevator worked and my confidence in it was quiet low due to the amount of screeching it did. This also resulted in long waits for the elevator as everytime it stopped at your floor it was full and you couldn't get on. I'm glad I'd spent the last 5 days camping in the desert and didn't mind the cold shower since there was zero hot water anyways. Then the website said there was a continental breakfast but failed to mention you'd be charged for that as well. The nickle and diming you with the parking and breakfast combined with the elevator issues and no hot water made me feel like they really couldn't care less about the comfort of thier guest. The front staff and cleaning staff were super nice and helpful but upper management should definitely consider taking better care of the people that stay there.
