Restaurant was over expensive. Room was not ready when we arrived at 6pm. We were told there was a shuttle but it never came.

Phone didn't work, needs updating, no air-conditioning

I chose this hotel specifically because it was supposed to be the only one with an early-morning shuttle to the airport. They said the shuttle bus comes every 15-20 min. maximum. But I waited 25 minutes, and the only shuttle that showed up during that time refused to take three new passengers (even though four had gotten off). I ended up walking from the Doubletree to the airport terminal - it's not a bad walk; flat and about ten minutes. But still, it was annoying.

We stayed here for two nights and had a pleasant stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and everything worked as expected. We didn't have a chance to use any of the hotel's amenities, so I can't comment on those. The breakfast was good, with a decent selection, though nothing particularly memorable. Overall, it was a solid choice and met our expectations.

I was only staying for one night in order to check in for an early flight the following morning, so made limited use of facilities. Within those limits, an overnight stay and one evening meal, everything was very well done, good and attentive service, perfectly clean room, a surprisingly quiet room given the location. The staff printed out boarding passes for me on request.

I arrived quite late and was very tired from long travel. The front desk was busy with clients trying to check in but only 1 staff member was working. Took a long time for service. Then what was most frustrating was no one picked up at reception when calling from my room. No control over room temperature, room was clean but dated. Breakfast had lots of items but hot foods were cold, eggs tough. Not impressed with this hotel. Only thing it had really going for it was proximity to the airport. I would suggest trying another airport hotel.

Very comfortable overnight stay.

Great location to walk to airport. Check inn staff was kind and welcoming. In the room, the toilet would not flush, had to get help and someone came right away. I was told it was a low flow toilet, but we would have to flush 3-4 times, hold the handle down, and wait between flushes. Kinda a pain. Also, when called to order room service and another time I called the front desk and both times no one answered the phone.

Lovely and helpful front staff. Can't beat the location for convenience to the airport - in sight and just a ten minute walk though there is also a free shuttle that runs frequently. Also a convenient bus stop out front for a bus that takes you right into the city for touring (~15 minute bus ride). Had room service from the hotel restaurant - excellent. Very nice hotel worker delivered the food (he had also lived for a while in my own hometown - Boston, MA!)

Met all my travel expectations.
