Just love the convenience of location and staff

The staff went above and beyond to help with whatever was needed. we stayed at the hotel a few weekends in a row and felt like family...

I recently stayed at the Garden City Hotel and I was really impressed. The place was super clean and just had a really nice, upscale feel. Every staff member I met was genuinely friendly and helpful. The food was way better than I expected—everything I tried was delicious. Overall, it felt like a luxury experience but totally reasonable for what you get. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Great place loved the location. Wish the pool opened earlier and closed later. Also need to update gym equipment. Other than that staff was amazing and good accommodations.

The hotel staff were great and made my check-in process so easy. I really only had time to check out the fitness center and the Crave market, but those were nice amenities to have. That being said, I felt the nightly rate was a little for what you get. If you’re planning to use the spa and eat at the restaurant or patio, maybe the convenience is worth it, but you’d be paying even more for those services.

The property was beautiful. The staff was amazing. They were all so welcoming and helpful. The hotel resturants were excellent. It was close to lots of shopping and not too far from JFK airport. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Also loved the walk in shower. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful historic hotel, nice rooms. The only suggestion is to possibly change the cleaning agent for the carpet, as the smell is very strong. Overall, enjoyed our stay. Had good cocktails in the bar.

Staff was super sweet and accommodating and very clean. Vincent "Don chente" was top notch dinning experience. First time staying at this hotel and will definitely be back. Thanks to Expedia was able to get a great deal on it as well.
