I’ve never stayed in a hotel before where are you didn’t get a key we got told we would get the key in a couple of hours and every time we went out we had to ask for the door to be open never would stay here again

Out of date soap bar in the room. Rooms feel small with the furniture and bed taking up most of the space.

great central location and price. Room was clean. in some areas hotel is a little tired. Had a clean room, with a good bed and hot shower. stayed one night.

Good location with parking, comfortable and friendly staff

Nothing wrong with the hotel but the chap in the next door room was bellowing down his phone until well after midnight, so be careful if you get a room with an adjoining door.

Clean room, enormous bed friendly and efficient staff

The bed was amazing and comfortable, Great Location and view, but in need of a major update. You can see it’s age creeping up on the hotel. Was ok for the price. Wouldn’t stay again for that price point.

Another lovely stay. Water in bathroom was virtually nonexistent, toilet took 4-5 flushes to clear 😕 Otherwise good again.

Booked two rooms for the weekend and on arrival into my room could not understand the 4* rating. A basic 3* at best. Tv only about 5 channels. Bathroom very dated. The following night my daughter arrived with her mother and hotel could not find reservation having verbally confirmed when I arrived the day before but after a few minutes a room became available. On entering their room and the bathroom they were greeted with the image below on the shower wall! Did not eat at the hotel but a good Chinese buffet a few door down!

Nothing unique. Needs reinvigorated setup and services

It was hot and with no AC in the room, it was difficult to sleep. Room was very small and my room was towards the street. Opening the window to cool down the room was not practical.

Felt rundown and not cared for. Needs a renovation! Shower was very uncomfortable, i was too tall for it and i am an average height!

Ideally situated for the theatres and town centre.

I always love staying at this hotel. Staff are lovely and lovely bedrooms and the best beds. The only thing i dislike is the cleaner coming in at 8.30am when checkout is 12pm. Unless you leave the do not disturb notice out. Generally a very nice, quiet hotel within walking distance of local amenities.

Good location very close to station and town centre. Room clean and adequate for an overnight stay. The cooked breakfast was terrible. Staff pleasant.

Rooms are fine. Pretty good for the price. I would stay again.
