I'm giving a 4 star overall due to the bathtub. I had to climb into it and my roommate almost fell on the first day. The shower head leaked in the 3 areas. Otherwise everything else was excellent. Front desk closes at 1000pm. Friendly staff. Complimentary drinks and pastries.

Super staff Clean , nice rooms Great area

I was upset because your advertising says that the hotel has an elevator. I needed one because I an disabled, however found that I had to go UP QUITE A NUMBER OF STAIRS TO GET TO THE ELEVATOR. I had to transfer to another hotel, VERY DISAPPOINTED. Also the room was very small around 8 ft x 10 ft.

What drew me to this hotel was the location but also the fact that it is marketed as « soundproof » …this was a lie. The walls are paper thin. We got unlucky and had a family in the room next to us and the baby woke us up every morning at 6 am crying. It felt like we were literally in the same room as them. We could hear everything that went on in the hallway. Besides that the hotel is very basic, our room was facing the Main Street which was SO noisy when we opened the window to get fresh air as there was no air conditioning in the room the 3 days we were there. I would say if you want quiet this may not be the hotel for you but everything else was ok, very basic.

Clean and small, room freshly updated, walking distance 10 min to centre.

Likes - Fantastic Location- walking Distance to most of the main attractions. Staff at the hotel were welcoming! Good size rooms & bathroom. I was very pleased there was a bath in the room - after a full day walking this was perfect. Breakfast was ok, there was something for Everyone. Dislikes - nothing major - a little mould in the bathroom. Suggestion for the TV to be connected to the internet so you can stream channels.

We got a lovely triple room, plenty big enough, with bath with shower over, toiletries etc. Towels were replaced daily, room was clean and modern, nice wardrobe area with fridge, safe and plenty of hangers. Only slight downside was reception closes at 5, and if you arrive after that you have to collect key from a hotel 5 mins away, but we were still walked to the hotel by a staff member there. and showed into our room.

Location is good but very busy. Stairs on some floors not all floors. Transportation is terrible

The Bed

Great location, walkable distance to shopping,, metro, bus station and restaurant. Room is clean. The vanity counter and faucet needs some TLC, but overall deaign is nice.

I liked it's location, very convenient, for us.

Within walking distance to all the places we needed. Lots of restaurants nearby! Service was great - have recommendations for local food!

No elevator and lots of steps! No one was really ever at the reception desk... Felt more like an air B&B versus a hotel. Location is ideal and it was clean.

Very good location. Staff is nice. Room is clean and practical.

Better air conditioning

Friendly staff. Only recommendation would be for the water machine to be available 24/7. It was very hot during our trip and air con wasn't great so chilled water being more readily available would have been helpful.

The only complain I have is the room was too hot. We told the person in the front desk but didn’t seemed concerned. It is a great location near Trevi fountain around 8 min walk and shopping centers are nearby
