The hotel is located in a suburb of Stockholm easily reached by the efficient and cheap public transport ( we purchased a 7 day pass which covered all train, trams, buses and water ferries around Stockholm). From the beginning to the end the staff especially on reception were lovely. Rooms clean and good size. Bathrooms well provided for ( shampoo and conditioner, body lotion) plus kettle and coffee/ tea. Fridge also in room if you wanted to stock anything. . Lots of hooks and shelves which made our five day stay easy for storing our stuff. The breakfast was also superb. Plenty of choice and fresh. Could not recommend enough. Gym and spa if it takes your fancy.

I stayed at several hotels in Stockholm, and this one was the lowest-rated for me. At check-in, the young man staff didn’t even greet me. I didn’t feel welcome, and when I handed over my ID, whether intentionally or by mistake, he touched my hand, which made me feel uncomfortable. The transportation is not convenient — without a car, it’s quite difficult. Also, there is construction going on in the surrounding area.

Great hotel just outside city centre but is only 15-20 mins away by tram / subway / train. Ideal location to explore Stockholm without paying city centre prices

There is a LOT of construction going on around the property, BUT, we honestly couldn’t hear any of it from our room, and we even had the window open. Now we did come during MidSommar so I know things shut down early but there were ear plugs in our soon so if you had an issue with it you could wear those. The breakfast was hands down the best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel in my life. I would definitely go back here, even with construction, just for the food. The room was neat and clean and the staff was friendly. We had a car that we told them about ahead of time so parking for us wasn’t an issue, but it is limited right in front of the hotel. There is more parking around the hotel but I don’t know how payment would work for that. All in all it was a terrific stay. It was so good in fact we decided to stay at its sister hotel in Gothenburg for our stay later on in our vacation.

the gym was stupendous. so impressed by their huge gym that was well equipped! our room even had DUMBBELLS inside omg how cute & fun staff was rly friendly, nice & helpful. everyone speaks english! perfect! the toilet was clean, bigger than most hotels & had a hairdryer (other hotels do not have hairdryers so this was a huge plus!) the room was 10/10. spacious, clean, had a kettle (again! other hotels we booked in norway/sweden didn't have a kettle!) but the beds were too soft LOL my back wasn't used to such soft beds. would recommend 100% to anyone thinking of staying here :)

Expedia VIP benefits not given as the hotel was too booked to offer them. However, despite being very busy the staff and service especially at breakfast was excellent.

The hotel was great lovely staff good breakfast do you also get unlimited tea coffee hot chocolate and biscuits, very close to the local shopping centre is in a safe and good neighbourhood, check in and check out was easy big spacious room with a great view really nice shower good TV even had 4kg weights in the room which was really great. Only thing I would change is the cleaners didn’t change the towels daily I don’t know if you had to ask for that and even though I put a do not disturb sign on the door, the cleaner still tried to come in. There was construction going on around the front of the hotel, but you couldn’t hear any of it so this had no effect to my stay. 4/5 👍

Overall the service, cleanliness and location were excellent. However a little disappointed with the availability of gluten free options for breakfast.

Road construction caused a little inconvenience on arroval the first time with tram. After that moving between Stockholm and Hotel was easy. Great location and good dining options.

Clean hotel with a good choice for breakfast. Breakfast catered well for diet needs. For us it was a little too far away from places of interest and was surrounded by road works.

Broken shower door. Broken piece of glass stuck in the ceiling. Parking cost 185 SEK.

Great modern hotel and friendly, welcoming staff. The location is good with tram connections to central Stockholm. Beach and Sickla shopping centre are in walking distance.

I have stayed in this hotel once before and it is a nice and clean hotel with an amazing breakfast. When I visit Stockholm in the future I will also stay in this hotel. There is a bus stop close to the hotel and it is 2 stops from the center.
