Hotel was conveniently located close to where I needed to be. Room and bathroom were very clean, check in was easy and the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and efficient.

Ended up next to a loud room of people who had come back from a wedding. Couldn't sleep at all until they ended up leaving to go to a bar. The front desk did talk to them a couple times and were apologetic. The front desk does not stock ear plugs, which is probably something they should do by default. Otherwise everything else was fine and the facilities were in good condition.

Stayed for one night with my family, the room was very clean and breakfast in the morning was really good with different options. I would book this hotel again.

The room first provided had an extremely musty smell. The room appeared to have heavy pet smell. We were provided a different room which was fine.

Staff was very personal at check in setting a comfortable tone for the stay. Room was very nice, very clean. Bed and bedding was wonderfully comfortable- would have stolen if it wasn’t illegal lol haven’t slept that well in a long time. I’m in my third trimester of pregnancy so the comfortable bed was so appreciated. The breakfast was also good- lots to choose from and staff kept up on making sure everything was available and the area was clean. 10/10 would stay again

Girls trip with 3 of us. I travel a lot and I was very impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness of this hotel.

We decided last minute to start our family vacation early. So that put us in Winchester at 2:00am. I made the reservation before we left our house. I was afraid it would be past check in. But the staff were super understanding and friendly. Breakfast was hot and delicious the next morning. And the 12:00pm check out was great we could sleep in little and not worry about rushing around.

Bed was very comfortable and rooms were clean and neat. We missed the breakfast but hopefully will get it next time. Our only complaint was that we were too close to elevators and ice machine, which made it noisier than we were comfortable with.

For nice hotel and would stay here again.
