The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and helpful. He apologized and agreed to refund me for my purchase. I booked a room elsewhere and it wasn’t available until the next day so i called the closest place with availability. However upon turning the light on, about 3 ROACHES jumped off the bed and ran under the bed. As I gathered my thoughts from already being extremely exhausted I decided to pee b4 I head to the front desk. And this next grandpa roach ran straight towards me! I almost didn’t make it out alive… Im traumatized meanwhile ;itchy scratchy describes My nerves. Paranoid thinking about if I would have taken my contacts off and laid down. Go ahead and add them to Baymont and Red Roof. It would behoove then ro Tear that infestation down and start over! Comfort suites refunded me immediately however EXPEDIA IS STILL DECIDING IF I SHOULD BE ENTITLED TO THE REFUND. The agent told me it was doubtful I would be granted a refund but would follow up in 72 hrs. This isnt an unreasonable courtesy . Are we really negotiating a common courtesy for filthy sleepying conditions)? It should be a standard. Roaches are never ok at any establishment!

Broken recline chair (should be in the trash so bad), did they find it in the trash ? Roaches everywhere. All furniture is old and party broken. Carpet is sticky. This place needs an overhaul. Definitely not a place that you want to stay. Management or Owner does NOT care about customers and is trying to earn all they can without doing any updates and cure health issues.

ROACH CITY - They moved us "3" times (3 different rooms, different floor) but each time - so many roaches. So we left after 4 hours. DO NOT STAY HERE. I stayed here just a few weeks ago and left after 1 day and was advised it was taken care of and all was ok. So I put some friends of mine in there for a 3 day stay and it was WORSE. ROACH CITY - I was embarrassed I recommended it for my friends and personally moved them to a much better hotel - apologizing constantly for trusting this manager. Even opened the refrigerator and 5 roaches around and in the refrigerator DO NOT STAY HERE.

Location wise it is convenient, if you will go to renew philippine passport it is 4mins away to the consulate, price wise affordable, service is poor. Frontdesk they took forever to attend you. They will not answer calls and nobody stays iin the frontdesk.

I wish I could give zero stars but I know a least one is required to post a review. I experienced one of most horrible experiences checking in today. Actually, although I had a reservation and had till 12 midnight to check-in, upon arrival, I'm being told by the night clerk that my reservation was canceled several hours before arrival with no explanation other than "You can be mad at me or curse me out, but it's nothing I can do" What type of response is that? I had been awake 24hrs straight and really needed this room to rest up! I've stayed in dive hotels before, but the service I recieved on My 24, 2025, is by far the worst!

$50 damage deposit to be returned at checkou...so I submitted cash to be returned to me the second day. A credit card deposit would take 10 days to happen...and sometimes a mistake is made and no refund is given...so paying a cash deposit is safer.

The room's smoke detector had a low battery so it was chirping loudly as soon as we walked in. Before we even set our bags down, we saw roaches crawling around. We went down to the front desk and the night clerk admitted they had been having problems with bugs and "someone had been out earlier that day..." my skin is still crawling thinking about it. We left immediately and went to a different hotel.

The room was inhabitable walking into the room.Opening the cabinet to where the kitchenette was creatures jumped out at us.Looking in the bathroom, roaches were in the bathtub.Some were dead on the floor somewhere alive on the floor we did not stay here for fear of us waking up covered in roaches.I do not recommend this property to anyone

This place is dirty nd service is rude cockroach’s in rooms blankets dirty also the app told us it had a jetted tub so I paid more and the place it self didn’t have any so I paid more for a basic room when I could of paid 30 cheaper for what I paid

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Houston. Front desk was not very friendly and was extremely slow and difficult to get ahold of. Upon arrival and turning on the heater we noticed there was leftover food in the vents from the previous tenants and room began to smell like French fries. The toilet bowl was dirty, shower was yellow, and we found multiple roaches in the room. There were also small flying bugs similar to the size of gnats we kept having to swat. Hotel policy was that stained towels would come out of our pockets yet we received thinning towels with holes and didn’t seem very clean. I was scared to step anywhere without shoes. Definitely was a waste of money and didn’t want to return to my room during my trip
