Great resort with shops within walking distance.

Did not come close to meeting expectations for a Four Seasons property. Dated and unimpressive. Service was only ok. Should have been one third the price.

This is our 2nd time visiting Four Seasons in Oahu. The first time we went for our honeymoon in 2019. We returned 7/2025 with a toddler and we were completely wow with everything, my toddler ate free in all restaurant since shes under 5. They had a camp for kids with activities different times/days. If diapers & swimming diapers were needed, they were provided. This resort has two kids pool & one adult pool. The beach is in front of the resort everything is so accessible. We’re so happy with our one week stay & couldn’t recommend this resort more. Every restaurant, shop, pool & staff members are absolutely professional & courteous. They truly excel in every way. My husband took the Mixology class & it was truly unforgettable experience , Michael was an amazing teacher & when we ate at Noe restaurant he stop by & ask if everything was ok, such a nice gesture. We also created a Resin Surfboat it was awesome & we were able to all participate, my toddler helped paint. We all had a great experience. It’s worth every penny! We’re looking forward to our next trip. We love the beautiful Hawaii show dance/culture. Thank you Four Seasons for always impressing us!

Four Seasons Oahu is truly the most beautiful hotel! Stunning views and the most wonderful staff! We enjoyed every restaurant at Four Seasons also. I can’t say enough about this hotel. We can’t wait to go back!!

Disappointing Experience at Four Seasons O’ahu – Far Below Brand Standards My recent stay at the Four Seasons O’ahu was a significant letdown, especially given the brand’s reputation for excellence. As someone who owns and operates hotels with 50 years of industry experience and involvement with AAHOA, I hold high expectations for luxury hospitality, and this property fell short in several critical areas. Upon arrival, the valet and bellmen were exceptional, offering a warm and professional welcome that set a promising tone. However, this positivity quickly faded during check-in. The front desk staff was cold and provided subpar service, lacking the warmth and attention to detail expected from Four Seasons. The room service was consistently disappointing. Every order arrived with missing items or condiments, which was frustrating and unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. While the poolside staff was pleasant and attentive, the property itself felt dated, more akin to a Marriott than the luxurious Four Seasons experience I anticipated. The prime location seems to be carrying this hotel, but that alone cannot sustain its reputation. The most egregious issue occurred at the end of our stay. After realizing we left our baby’s pacifier in the room, we asked a housekeeper to assist with accessing it. We waited patiently by the elevator, but when we walked to the room, we encountered a security guard—a bald man whose behavior was utterly deplorable. He was rude, unprofessional,

The very best property I have ever stayed at. My wife and I remain speechless with the quality of this property as well as the amenities.

We gave an overall review of 3 stars because of the management on duty. When we checked in, our room was booked through Friday, but we had previously communicated that we would be checking out on Thursday, one day earlier. The mgmt refused to work with us and charged us for the extra night. No reason given, just no. We came in for our son's wedding (on property) and had several rooms, plus the cost of the wedding. We spent $$$$ throughout the week. They could have easily made up the $1900 for our room in several ways, but just said no. The staff was amazing, but the management doesn't have the same work ethic as the staff they employ. We will choose another property next trip.

I will not come back! First night they missed cleaning are room and comforter was stained the mandatory parking charge $50 a night then someone tried to put $150 dollar room charge on my account not a good beach next to Disney hotel screaming all day and then I asked for 1 hour later check out and I was denied funny I was going to book there inaugural cruise to Italy ha like 70k a person not now!!after spending thousands and then not allowing a lousy 1 hour later check out was the most ridiculous embarrassing thing they could of done . I never ever been turned down even in the presidential suite at Hyatt I will go back to Ritz at turtle bay they know how to treat customers and have club lounge and a real beach sorry 4 seasons you had your chance to prove your worth the big bucks.

We were so glad we made the choice to stay here for part of our trip around Oahu. The only down side was leaving! The oceanfront views, the lush property, the adult pool, the food and the friendly staff made this a most enjoyable trip. If we ever make it back to Oahu, we would skip Waikiki and make this the home base.

Beautiful position right on the beach. The staff were all fantastic! So warm, friendly and welcoming. It was our 20th wedding anniversary and they spoilt us! Upgraded our room, magnificent view of the room. Only point, hotel seemed a little tired in places, could do with a refresh. Would recommend this hotel and would go back! 5 star treatment.
