Tout était parfait mais les ascenseurs ont tombés en panne difficile de descendre 12 étages à pied. Par contre le personnel a fait de son mieux pour finalement mettre les infos sur l’ascenseur disponible pour le service

The sofa bed was horrible.. very bad and cheap furniture, we couldn’t sleep all night .

Stayed for osheaga. Great spot if you’re going there ! Staff is kind and beds are comfortable! Only thing was that the hotel didn’t come with a microwave! Overall 8/10 !! -2 for no microwave oh and no bathroom fan so it gets steamy easily if you take hot showers

The elevator was very slow

Great staff. Beautiful location and good view.

Room is clean and housekeeping staff were helpful. If you need anything just ask. Bartender was great and food was good at the restaurant. I only went for one meal though. Reception staff are very nice and informative.

The staff were amazing, the breakfast was just okay, the hotel was clean and cozy, free parking and being so close to the metro was suuuuch a huge perk!! One odd note, the elevator WILL bring you to the 17th floor no matter what floor you put in lol

This was one of the worst experiences of my life. On our last night we got stuck in the elevator. It stopped moving and we had to ring the emergency bell - the staff came to tell us that emergency services were on the way. It was about 30 minutes in total and firefighters were able to get us out. This was an extremely traumatizing experience and the hotel staff just asked if were ok and handed us a water bottle. My friend and i both had to use the washroom so badly - which made being stuck so much harder. So we went to our room to use the washroom and then i had to go back to the front desk to say that this wasn't ok. I mentioned very nicely, however very shaken up, that "i understand this wasn't your fault, but i feel like something should be done for us who were stuck in the elevator as this was extremely traumatic". The response i got was "yah it wasn't our fault, what do you want us to do". They said they could comp breakfast but we were leaving at 6am the next morning.. then said they'd make a note on my account. Extremely poor hospitality services as this is a very scary thing to happen to someone.
