After checking in, we went to our room and it had a terrible odor. We went back to the desk and ask that we could change rooms which they did for us and the new room was much better but at times still had a slight odor. Much of the gym equipment was not working despite asking the staff to attend to it. During our entire 3 night stay the one elevator in the parking garage was not working meaning we had to carry our luggage up and down the stairs in check out and check in to our cars. The staff did not notify us of the maintenance issues with the elevator or offer any assistance or apology. One of the elevators in the hotel itself was also not working during our stay, which lead to long lines and delays in getting up and down. Overall poor property maintenance was a concern and the delays in addressing maintenance issues. Staff were not unfriendly but also not particularly helpful.

It was a girls trip. My daughter was going to a concert. The hotel/room were very nice! My only tiny complaint is the bed and pillows. Didnt find either comfy. And the blankets...oof. sounded like plastic everytime you shifted. It wasnt plastic obviously. But sounded like it. Other than that the stay was great! Everyone super pleasent and always a smile and a greeting from all staff i encountered. Super helpful as im from the country vs the city and the streets were confusing. They gave me better directions than google maps! 10/10 i will be staying here again on our next trip back to boston!

Room temperature was unbearable too warm to sleep, previous guest hair was in the bath tub. When checking out the hotel employee ask if our stay was okay, I responded "no" and he responded "was your room too warm?" I said yes and he said didn't anyone tell you? I responded, tell me what? He said the hotels HVAC is in winter mode we have no air conditioning. At no point during check in did any Hilton employee say anything about NO AC. Very disappointed with Hilton, would not recommend Hilton properties in the future, our worst stay ever. Another insult was paying for 4 guests and receiving one $10 credit toward cocktails, also thanks for the 2 bottles of water for 4 guests!!

So hot and the heat could not be regulated even with the window open could not sleep. Very dark decor depressing . Fire alarm Went off several times in the night ., not the fault of the property probably.
