Excellent location, clean and wonderful staff

It was a nice spot. It’s just the room could have been cleaner when I first got it, I saw some hair on the shower floor, but I asked and they cleaned it out.

I will definitely stay in this place, again ! What is not to like about this quiet area ? Shelby, the front desk clerk was attentive and very professional !

This is such a gem in the middle of a quaint little town! Would definitely return!

Valerie greeted us cheerfully and worked to get us into our room early. We left our bags with the valet and walked to lunch. By the end of lunch our room was ready. Roomy & updated room-very comfortable with a nice view of the lake. Great stay!

Removing the pool was a negative development. The images of the pool remain in advertisements, and without reading the fine print, it’s easy to overlook this unfortunate change.

Nice property, friendly staff,terrible parking,no closet in the room. Seriously, for what the room cost they could at least provide a wardrobe type of closet. Very disappointed.

The hotel is in a great location and close to retaurants and retail stores. I was disappointed in the cleanliness factor. They didn’t spend much time cleaning the carpets in the hallways. The one time they came in to fix our bed on a 7 day stay they didn’t even vacuum our floor.

Staff terrible: we asked if packages arrived to us, they never reply. Every night, for some reason, our keys were not working and we have to go down and set them up again. In one morning they did a confusion in the breakfast and reserve the same table to two guests and we have to leave the table...very bad experience.

The house keeping sucked. When got there said needed garbage can in room, stayed 4 nights, never got one! Second day didn’t realize they left no coffee for room, at six in morning went to desk, she seemed upset that I was there asking for coffee, told me restaurant didn’t open till 7 and I could go across the street if I wanted coffee now. I said couldn’t I just get the package coffee that was supposed to be in room? A young man that worked there said he would get it for me . We were also short face towels. Next evening when got back to room again no coffee, and no hand towels. Called down, said would bring up , 2 hours later had to call again, then they brought up . The valet workers were cheerful and happy, the others need to learn to smile, and quit acting like you are bothering them. Stayed there before and was great, management needs to give them an attitude adjustment, especially at their prices.
