No problems . Didn't realize no breakfast included but we found a good place close by.

Nice place to stay

Bed was a bit soft.. Had some very noisy upstairs neighbors. The room was nice, clean and spacious.. I'd stay again..q

Room was nice, well equipped kitchenette. Bed was comfortable, sheets felt nice. There were kitchenware to use, gym and laundry. Overall very good for the price

The suite was very clean and well kept. The room was quiet as well. It is in a location that is close to shops and restaurants as well as the highway. Very convenient.

Very quiet location. Plenty of cooking options in the room if needed. Coffee was provided, but there was no sugar/creamer packets provided. Overall it was fine.

Cute, cozy, and rooms are spacious. Plenty of areas to hang your items, or store them in drawers. Nice kitchen area in the studio suite I booked. Cooking (if I cared to do so lol) was made easy with a stove top, cabinetry storing dishes made available, dishsoap/washcloths, kitchen sink, and apartment sized refrigerator to store food. The scenery outside is surrounded by beautiful trees, and hidden off a side street from the main traffic & a convenient full-serve gas station just a turn of the corner away. Three complaints I have are when I first checked in with this being a “pet friendly” hotel, my floor’s hallway leading to my room smelled like urine. By the next day it was gone. When you walk or anyone does on the hallway floors, it sounds as if you’re stomping like the big green giant. It will startle you/irritate when trying to rest at night and someone is walking by. Lastly, most of my stay it was quiet until the very last night where the people directly above sounded like they were going to come through the floor as hard (or as weak) as the floors were above. Luckily they stopped moving by the time I needed to sleep. Other than that, the stay was lovely enough.

The room refrigerator did not work, we had to switch rooms which took atleast 5 hours to happen. The electricity went out and I guess there is no generator so we were without electricity for a few hours. I was charged for parking even though I didn’t not drive, I was told the charges will be reversed and someone would call me confirming same…..This has yet to happen and I have not receive a refund. Rooms were smaller than expected, kitchen cabinets were peeled and hanging with limited dishware and appliances. Only plus is that the staff was friendly and apologetic.

Based 4 stars on the room itself. It was clean and well appointed with a medium size refrigerator, electric cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, etc. (non of which I needed but would be helpful for those staying for a while). The rest of the property (the hallways, reception area, gym, snack area, etc. all look in need of an update. The staff at the front desk was very pleasant.
