Place was clean and had plenty of hot water. Towels, soap, all good. Bed clean and comfortable. Maria at the front desk was extremely helpful, personable, and professional.

Staff are very friendly and attentive. Rooms are spacious.

The hotel is very run down. Roach infested. Questionable stains on comforter. Cabinet doors barely hanging on and lamp that was bent over broken. Ceiling in shower was poorly “repaired”. All of my luggage will now be outside in case of a hitchhiker. We stayed here due to its close proximity to inova hospital and it was quite disgusting. I complained about the infestation and wasn’t offered a refund either.

My id wouldnt scan i waited 30 min for the rep at the front desk to recive a call back from the manager. It was a stressfull and disappointing experience.

We were unaware prior to checking in that there was no elevator on-site! We aren't able to climb stairs, let alone pull suitcases up them. After checking in, we then found that we couldn't stay at the hotel and that there were no ground floor rooms available. We had to leave and book elsewhere. We've never been to a hotel before that doesn't have an elevator! Although we found afterwards that the Expedia listing does indicate that there is no elevator, we still want the reservation to be refunded!

Noise all night. Hardly any sleep. One room downstairs had visitors every night. Loud music all night. You can hear people yelling. Room has horrible smell of cigarette smoke. Called the company but got a fake email for complaint. Their web site for providing feedback is broken.

Front desk when checking gave me the wrong directions to the room. Finally ask a uber delivery person if he knew ( which he did). Key did not work, went back and News new front desk person showed up after waiting. Little bit of an attitude like I did something wrong. Rug had stains over it. One night stand!

I'm grateful because I had problems arriving earlier to do my check in, but the girl helped me after 11 pm.... Very good human quality in that hotel

The room was clean and the guy at the desk was nice however, the people there made me very uncomfortable and overall I didn't feel safe.

There were sex workers in the parking lot. A woman on drugs going door to door bang and speaking crazy to let her in. She was in the parking lot trying to score drugs when I went to my car. The railing was wobbly. The room was nothing like the pictures dingy and damp feeling. Walls are super thin and could literally hear drug deal go done for an 8 ball of coke. Called front desk a couple times to have them do something and they just didnt answer. I couldnt even stay the 2nd night it was that bad. STAY AWAY from this one
