I requested a crib ahead of time and never received one or was even contacted about it. Other than that, it was a fine experience.

Would use this facility again

First time trying this property in Banff and was pleasantly surprised as it was nicely renovated. Of course you can feel the Vapor when you enter the floors due to the hot tub or pool. But that wasn’t a big deal. The great aspect was the beds were firm like I like it. The room had glassware style crystal which felt like a nice touch over paper cups. The shower was great, amenities were good, the room was clean. Ample amount of pillows. Single seat sofa to place items on for the next day. I usually like to stay at the peaks but this place has made it worthwhile for me to change to stay here in future, will visit again soon.

During checkin the stuff was rude to me while she apologized for the other customers and even gave them water bottle she was extremely cold towards me. There was a spiderweb in the room and the carpet was not clean, we found lots of dirt in the swimming pool and we decided not to use it.

Breakfast was good.

Staff were very helpful, breakfast was great. Would stay again.

The rooms were beautiful. The breakfast was excellent. It was a short walk to shopping and restaurants.

There was no balcony or windows that you could open for air in the family room above the pool.

For a one night stay, this place was nice and convenient. Would recommend for short stays
