Clean room,friendly staff

Room was dirty, all staff did to resolve was bring new sheets (still dirty/stained)

The room was very clean. The owners were very kind. The beakfasr was very limited. The property was very aged.

Rooms was clean, property is nice!, just had minor problems with shower and there was no protein for the complimentary breakfast.

First, I had to sign something that was explained as "You will not smoke, bring in pets, steal or break anything...". The room smelled horrid of mold, the paint was chipping off the walls, there were numerous holes drilled in the frame of the door of the room (just looked creepy), the pool had a 3" spider floating in it, stains on the bedding (large),

We needed a place to sleep on our way to our destination and our needs were met. As someone who is sensitive to scents, the positive was that the room was scent free.

Checked in at 4pm. It took a while. The maintenance man was assisting at the front desk. He was very nice, but took him a while to get checked in. The room we walked into had not been cleaned. We then came back downstairs and were given a clean room.

When we arrived I was informed that the room I had booked, almost 2 months in advance, was actually overbooked and someone was staying in the room I was supposed to have. This put me and my kids in a single king room versus the double queen so we did not have the number of beds we needed. The place as dirty and falling apart. Nothing like the pictures at all. Very dingy and gross.

Clean room. Great staff. Only concern is outside doors on the back of the hotel do not lock.

Drapes had blood stains in room. Room not very clean and bathroom door would not shut

A great deal of work has been done over the past few years and conditions have improved significantly. I enjoyed my stay, close to ISU with very good rate. As a senior I Would like to see grab bar installed in shower.

We arrived 20 minutes from check in and they said you can’t check in until the required time. The lobby was dirty and the TV didn’t work Definitely a tier 2 hotel
