My experience at Giardino D Europe was very poor. The hotel is old and unclean. Room service did not clean my room for a week despite multiple requests, and the sheets were only changed after several reminders. Staff didn’t speak English, which made communication difficult. Towels were reused unless left on the floor. The bathroom was outdated, the tiny shower was uncomfortable, and the AC barely worked. The hotel is far from central Rome and located in an industrial area surrounded by car dumps. No proper transportation options except an airport shuttle, and the staff wasn’t helpful with tourist info. The driveway was unpaved and there was no ramp or assistance for luggage. My room faced the garden, but my friend’s room looked into a junkyard. The pool is nothing like the photos-tiny and not usable. The only good part was the breakfast and the kind waitress. Overall: Not recommended unless you need a basic overnight stop with very low expectations.

A perfect choice for overnight stay close to Ciampino airport. Clean comfortable rooms, every member of staff was friendly and helpful. The attached restaurant serves good food at a reasonable price. Don't be put off by the approach to the hotel when you arrive you will love it.

The hotel is on a highway so you can hear traffic and there’s dogs that bark a lot right next door. The rooms are not soundproof and the restaurant was decent.

You can’t go out and eat and if you go to Rome, a lot of taxi drivers don’t want to drive you back They say it’s too far to get back

Hotel well situated for Ciampino Airport with transport leaving direct from hotel. Less handy if you want to spend time exploring central Rome although you can reach hotel from the middle of Rome by Metro then bus and a short walk. Hotel is clean and modern and rooms very conformable with air-conditioning and powerful shower with lots of hot water.

This hotel is conveniently located a few minutes drive from a metro station with low cost parking lot. The hotel has free parking which was great! The pool area was spacious with nice shaded spots to sit outside. The room was adequate for a family of 4. We liked having a TV to watch futball and a mini fridge to keep our drinks cold. The AC took a while to cool the room down and as the electricity is controlled with the room key, you cannot leave the AC running while away from the room. We enjoyed the free breakfast too! Would stay here again

We used this hotel for one night as it is situated near Ciampino Airport and we had an early morning flight home. Arrived early and we were looked after superbly by the hotel staff. A down side is the local area, which is very commercial and run down with limited facilities(no shops/bars/ restaurants),however we were happy to see the hotel had a restaurant that opened in the evening. The hotel is also used by numerous tradesmen/ army personnel as well as a few couples using the airport. The restaurant opened at 7.30 pm , we went downstairs at 7.45 to find it already packed with tradespeople,we took the last table for two but saw others turned away. We ordered two.courses and waited for the starters to arrive. were awful , poorly prepared and cooked. Main courses were next, my wife’s chicken dish was very cold.so she sent it back, it was returning scalding hot obviously microwaved. My fish main course was slimy and unappetising. As the restaurant is owed by the hotel, you pay at reception via your room number.we went to complain before paying but were told bills come to them after the restaurant closes. We were checking out at 4.00 am so got down early to sort it out only to find a French couple arguing with the grumpy night manager about the same thing . We had asked for a taxi to be ordered for 4.00 am so we just paid the 80 euro bill and left for the airport. We were also ripped off by this taxi driver! don’t eat here it’s dearer than central Rome !

Staff here were nice overall, but the hotel is not easily accessible by a person on foot, and local taxi service does not accommodate a person speaking English. Bit of a disaster when bus services have closed and you’re stuck for a cab. It’s a Motel, not ideal for a person who is not driving.

Not a place for luxury but a good hotel for an overnight stay before heading to the airport. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Definitely you get what you pay for but overall we were happy.

The hotel has a large hall and some facilities like swimming pool, restaurant and garden, moreover it is easy to reach from the Anagnina subway. However you have to consider that is far from the main attractions and it's a bit complicated to take public transportation to the airport. The breakfast deserved 10 Stars as it was over the expectation, and the price matched the quality. Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience due to the lack of black out curtains as the room was on sun rise site.

This hotel is a zero star. If hotel.com had any kind of integrity they would refund my money. I literally walled into the room and booked elsewhere. Shame in you Hotels.com

Some renovation was taking place but great effort was made to minimise any inconvenience. Overall the hotel was very quiet and reasonably clean. Amenities okay but could do with a kettle in the rooms. Breakfast was limited for choice. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Very far from shops and restaurants . Also long journey involving bus and metro to get to Rome . Located on a busy motor way surrounded by industrial sites.

The room was lovely. Was one of the newly refurbished rooms. So don't let the photo on the website of the room with horrible bed covers put you off. The pool was small but more than adequate for the amount of guests that were there during my stay. A quick dip to cool off. Staff were very nice and helpful and spoke reasonable English as my Italian was not great. Hotel is outside the City so i used a taxi €10 to the Metro station . Then got the Metro into Central Rome. €7 to travel all day on the bus or Metro brilliant. Restaurant was good, with a good choice of food on the menu in the evenings and a good amount of choice for breakfast all at a reasonable price. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel and would stay here again.
