Plenty of parking. Nice Small pool for the kids. Simple breakfast daily with some healthy options fruit and yogurt, waffle maker and cooked sausage and eggs. Wonderful welcoming staff. They went out of their way to receive five paintings delivered during my stay while I was away from the property. comfortable rooms. Walking distance to downtown shops, restaurants, special ice cream store, Fox theatre, art gallery & bars. For a small town the hotel is perfectly located (except for train). Improved water pressure, I stayed here three separate years and this year it was fixed/stronger. In room mini fridge and strong AC. Negatives - building is very close to train & it goes by multiple times a day and very disruptive. I don’t recall it passing while asleep. fake hardwood flooring in the rooms - I prefer a carpet but the floors were nice color.

All was fine except it sounded like my room was under a janitor closet. In the morning it sounded like carts were rolling in and out.

Came to visit family. Booked day of stay. There is renovation happening right now but didn’t affect our stay. Location by train line was a concern but noise wasn’t a big factor.

Staff was very nice but everything else was just so-so.

The hotel is near train tracks and an active downtown. Some may be bothered by the potential for noise but we were not disturbed. Stayed here multiple times and no complaints.

There were a lot of noise and the breakfast needs improvement.

Under construction, which was not noted on website. A/C looked somewhat new, did not function correctly to cool & made noise all night.

We were not told about the construction when booking and could not sleep in late than 8am because of the construction.

1night stay to see family I was given the 3 rd floor hotel room Nice newly renovated room A/C works but took long time to cool down room but eventually the room did get cooler.

Had a nice conversation with the lady while I was checking . She explained to us about the amenities and the construction that was going on and when it was going to stop for the day . I enjoyed just that feeling welcomed !!

very nice for a short stay

Excellent location! There is lots of stuff around to do and restaurants to eat at. Good mix of shopping. The room was nice and clean and the bathroom well stocked.

Great staff! Very friendly! Room was clean and comfortable. Right in downtown Hanford which is an adorable little town.

Great stay, SO close to the airport. Super friendly staff from the front desk to the breakfast staff and cleaning staff. Our flight was canceled so we had to spend an extra couple nights there and they made everything so easy for us. Breakfast is awesome and the pool was actually lovely!
