The staff were friendly and the location made it easy to get around, which I appreciated. Breakfast was also a nice bonus with both hot and cold options available. The shower was spacious and relaxing, even though I wish there were more options to adjust the settings. That said, there were a few issues that really affected our stay. The room was quite bright at night because of gaps around the door and curtains that didn’t fully close, so light kept coming in. Noise was also noticeable from MacLeod Trail and from the hallway and nearby rooms. The biggest issue for me was the bed. The mattress was far too firm that my husband and I barely slept. We woke up sore, and that alone is the main reason I wouldn’t return. The elevators also felt a bit sketchy, like they could break down at any moment, even though they didn’t. The pool is on the smaller side, so if the waterslide is being used, there is not much room to enjoy anything else. However, the temperature is nice and warm. We had originally planned to stay at this hotel for a full week this summer, but after this experience, we decided to cancel because getting a good sleep is just too important.

We had a fabulous stay, we got there a little early but they had our room ready and we were able to sign in. I was impressed with how clean the whole property was. From the entrance through the pool, our room and breakfast room. Breakfast was great in the morning, scrambled eggs and sausage for hot options, and loads of other options to choose from. The beds weren't fabulous, but weren't awful. A little mushy and no firmness on the edges. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean rooms, clean pool, good breakfast.

This is an older hotel, in an excellent location. Breakfast is typicall with egg, sausage and waffle on the menu.

Nice water slide for children and beds were very comfortable. Good overall, breakfast wasn’t the best quality and that was ok for the price, good rate

Covered all the basics and room was exceptionally clean although aging. One of 2 beds needed replacement.

Stayed a couple times for a medical appointment, price is right. Breakfast has lots of choices.

Its a good hotel, nice, clean, and has a wide variety of businesses around it. Continental breakfast was fresh, hot, and always fresh and full.

Staff were nice, though asked for a quiet room away from the elevators. Not a mention that this was not an option,as ended up near the elevator and next to a room with a women yelling at her partner until 2:30 am. Then bright and early- 7 am woke up to the next room which sounded to be a very big crowd singing. Then the room only had one towel for both of us and only decaf coffee- may seem like a minor complaint though only skeeping a few hours- caffeniated coffee would have

The room was clean and the beds were very confortable. One small complaint. There was no one at the front desk when we went to check out around 8:30.
