This property was centrally located to a lot of different attractions. I will gladly stay here again! The breakfast in the morning had good options and was well stocked. Definitely recommend.

For the money - I would look elsewhere. The room was above average MUSTY - clearly the a/c is only cooling, not conditioning. Accommodation were average with dim lighting. WAY too much money for this level room...

The facility as a whole needs repairs. Our room was clean but again updates/repairs needed. Safety wise someone/staff kept on propping secure doors open with towels or caution cones. This would also cause the hallways to be very warm and uncomfortable. Area around hotel was noisy due to car wash located right beside. Location wise it was great. Easy ride to beach and downtown . Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Was nice to be acknowledged when passing in hallways.

First room i was put in- you walk in, you can smell the mold and mildew. The door to the room you have to physically shove shut- obviously there was some sort of water damage in this room at one point- I requested a refund- the front desk told me I had to request it through Hotels.com (it was 10pm) - I then said put me in a non moldy mildew room w a door that locks. I was in another room- this room was not as smelly, but when the AC turned on, you can smell the mildew and mold. Carpets are filthy. Every furniture surface is visibly water damaged, outdated and worn. Bathroom wallpaper was peeling off. Photos online are NOT representative of what this hotel is. This was a terrible experience- so upset and angry about the money spent at this roach motel.

Dated - very dark colors in room -a/c was a vintage unit blowing cold air directly across the bed. Entry door was beat up- door did not fully fit the doorway- allowing hallway light to enter- Halls beat up- tables in breakfast area badly in need of replacing- lobby spartan and less than welcoming

Great to have to only walk across the road to get a meal.

Great big rooms and very convenient

Couldnt believe you charged us 20 for an early check in at 130 when you had a room available. We are older n after a long drive my husband has demencia n needed to rest. Never charged extra in north myrtle beach at quality inn. Also they are totally updated there n you need to upxate badly !

It was a very good stay. There needs to be a lot of updates to the facility. Good breakfast. Pool needs some repairs and there wasn’t any landscaping performed in the pool area for a long time, very weedy and overgrown vegetation.

The hotel is convenient for me. The breakfast is just average.

We will not be using this hotel again. 1. They charged us additional costs when we arrived and said "Hotels.com did not cover everything." 2. The check-in line was slow. After waiting to be next, the person who left in front of us had not completed the transaction on the the screen. The desk lady asked me to complete it by clicking OK twice. This seemed wrong. The desk lady was not nice and was just wearing a non professional hoodie that was not on brand for the hotel. She also started assisting people from the back on the line who matched her race while the rest of us were forced to wait additional time. It was very noticeable to all in line. 3. Our room lock was wonky and sometimes only worked when we pulled upward with a great deal of force. 4. There were water stains on the ceiling in our room. 5. The elevator was not operational and we were on the third floor.
