A work in progress. The staff was helpful and courteous. Breakfast was good with very nice and helpful workers. The door to the room was misaligned so there was an increasing gap which by the bottom of the door was 1/2 inch. The door locked properly

Renovations are taking place. The first room we were assigned had a big tv box. It appeared a tv was replaced and box was left behind. We were moved to another room that had no drapes. That was not going to work out as it felt like we were in a fishbowl. The AC unit was not the best in the third room but we were tired of moving. On checkout day they came to our door asking if we could move our car. I believe they were asking everyone parked in the front to move. This was just too much going on. The hotel really needed to be closed during renovations. It’s going to look nice after the renovations but would not recommend during renovations.

The stay was good but they were still in the process of transitioning to BW. The rooms were nicely remodeled but were still missing items like curtains, so there was nothing to block the view from the outside or keep the sun out in the mornings. The breakfast area was undone and no breakfast was available even though it was advertised. The staff was very friendly and the riims and properrty were kept clean. I would stay again but I'll be making sure everything is completed and available.

Very clean and making improvements

Did not get the room I paid for. The manager offered to change our rooms and then never did. Plus the included breakfast was not included, the hotel was under construction and there were open hazards, nails, screws and razor blades left out everywhere, the pool was out of service for half our stay, disruptive neighbors, no back entrance access and parts of the outside veranda are blocked off and rude, unhelpful staff. This was below subpar service for a 3 star hotel.

I like that it’s in walking distance from the gas station along with it being in a safe area.

Atmosphere is good, nice courtyard. Don't like the new renovation color scheme

All in all great value. Staff was extremely nice.

Property is currently going through renovations. Rooms are not completely renovated. Our room was partially renovated but not complete. Walls had repair work done but not yet painted. There was no curtains but had transparent pull down shade that did not keep out the sunlight or eliminate someone seeing in. Ice machine was not available as hallways were goimg through renovations as well. Work being done during early morning hours, so could not sleep. Staff was friendly. Im sure when work is completed it will be a nice hotel.

In all fairness the hotel is under rennovations. The room was newly rennovated, bedding very comfortable, and clean. The shower did not drain properly and the water from hot to cold was reversed. From a value perspective, all was good and I would stay there again for the area and price point.

Room was fine. Pool closed. Construction in parts of hotel . No breakfast buffet.
