Could use a little bit of a facelift. Bed was very high and hard to get in to.

Well there was no one at the counter when we checked in and then the next morning there was no one there again. The room key does not let you in after hours when you need to grab something from your car, you have to walk around the building to the front lobby to get back in again

The property and breakfast was good but the AC in our room was weak and the room was humid.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Our room had brown spots on the mirror that was inside the mirror so it couldn’t be wiped off. Walking down the hall I noticed discoloration on the entry’s of other rooms.

Hotel was ok. Just had to change sheets.

We left to find another hotel shortly after check in. The room did not have a clean appearance or smell; the room had a stale odor, the walls were dirty, the TUB WAS DISGUSTING and had obvious wear and tear and lack of attentiveness to cleanliness and up keep over time. Just not the standard of Holiday Inn Express we experienced in the past, so we were shocked. Even the lobby area was the first red flag that management hasn’t put in effort in the cleanliness and upkeep of the building. The front desk ladies (supervisor and the assistant general manager) were kind and professional. They were not only warm and welcoming to my children and gave the birthday boy a snack bag, but they were professional and understanding when we needed an early check out.

Very disappointing. Ac was broke and was so hot we ended up leaving. There was no other rooms available. Called front desk and all they said was maintence could come in morning. Room was very humid and hot.

I was in room 326. The room would not open with the key card as I’m assuming the batteries needed to be changed. The bathroom, especially the bathtub was disgusting. We had towels that were soaked when we entered the room. The TV also did not work. I paid 258 dollars for this stay and would have probably been better off sleeping in my car.

Service and staff were excellent, breakfast was great. The room and all public areas of the hotel were very clean. The negatives were the bed was very old and very visibly sagging which made for a difficult nights sleep. Also, the room furnishings and bathtub were old with lots of surface damage. The cosmetic issues in the room weren't bothersome but the bed quality affected our stay.

Excellent facility, staff, amenities, free breakfast, parking, etc. Well worthwhile staying here!

This was very easy to get to and the parking was easy. it's a great spot for W&M football camp

We stayed for two nights to do Busch Gardens. This hotel is about a 15min drive to the park, tons of restaurants right near by. It was a bit worn down in general, but very clean. The employees were super friendly and prompt with service. Every time we left our room, someone asked us how we were and if they could get us anything. Breakfast was fine, no complaints! Pool is small and dated but clean. The whole place was super quiet, couldn’t hear much in the other rooms expect for people opening and closing their doors. In short: this hotel provides a clean and quiet place to sleep with a decent breakfast and a pool. It’s a bare-bones place, nothing fancy, but it is good where it really counts.
