There were two very helpful staff. Fredrica and another gentleman from Argentina. The breakfast buffer was very nice. Ther room is very nice though the air a bit stale. The location is very good right by Pointe Vecchio. Great surrounding area. It is about 15 minute's walk from the train station.

Great, clean hotel in the city with everything in walking distance and allowing one to explore. Bar at top floor was excellent...the bartender knows how to make drinks. A definite must .

The staff and service was top notch.

Staff was outstanding. Amazing service and very accommodating. Located is a very central spot, tons of things to do that are all walking distance. Breakfast was excellent as well. There is also a very well appointed bar and fantastic lounge area.

This hotel was one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The service and attention to detail was beyond exceptional. The staff is professional and ready to help at any moment. The location couldn’t have been more perfect for what we were looking for. Looking forward to future visits!

I absolutely loved my stay here! The staff was so kind and eager to help and provide suggestions for places to eat, things to do, etc. I had a gorgeous view from the balcony and the drinks at 701 Rooftop were superb along with the service! Super comfortable room and bed. Loved it!

Overall very nice. Probably the only criticism was that the roof top bar, which was lovely, was ridiculously expensive. Every Italian bar/restaurant has some sort of house wine if you are not intending to go for broke but one round of ordinary drinks was 41 Euros so we didn’t go back. Around the corner we could get just as good wine for half the price. Not a terrible criticism just an annoyance.

This hotel was beyond an excellent value. Absolutely clean and the room was excellent and spacious. The location is one the best in Florence. A walk short to everything !! I would most definitely stay again.

Excellent staff, great location. We made the mistake of driving in in a rental car on a Saturday afternoon during a holiday weekend, streets are very narrow and were packed with people. Be warned! Staff at the hotel were very helpful in dealing with the car and the parking fees were very fair and reasonable. Many thanks

The room was on the cold side with no temp control and the towel warmer was out of commission. I was on 6th floor (below roof top kitchen) and it was slightly noisy. Staff, concierge services and breakfast buffet were excellent as was the location. I will likely stay here again.

What a beautiful hotel. The staff was professional, friendly and very helpful. They offered dining options, arranging taxi service, recommended sights to see and outings - they even offered to make a hair salon appointment for me. The room was perfection- spacious, clean -it felt 'spa like'. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with a very attentive wait staff. We had drinks at the roof top bar with exceptional views. You couldn't ask for a better location. I'm returning to Florence next spring- this is exactly where I'll be staying !
