Too noisy

Awesome place Paul and his staff are great

Staff were rude, room was not very clean. Did not feel safe staying there.

I have Celiac disease and require gluten free food. There was not one gluten free food item in the breakfast area for me.

This hotel is convenient to our destination. It is clean and our stay was very nice. We thought this was the best value in the area. I would gladly stay here again!

Short drive to corning museum. Restaurants and shopping malls are nearby. Very basic hotel.

Basic hotel - meets the general expectations with the cost. A bit odd to have to call someone from the front desk to get service, as-in no standby receptionist. Ants in room, other than that, good.

Over all this was a great place and I'll definitely be coming back. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. My only hang up was you could tell no-one had been in the room for a while and the bathroom showed it. Not a biggie to me and didn't let the staff know. I just wiped it down and we were good to go. Staff was friendly.

Just a overnight stop on a road trip. Could of been better but was fine. Nothing special but worked just fine.

A bit outdated. Shabby fixtures in bathroom. Ugly decor. Next time choose neutrals never orange! But very comfortable with an excellent staff! Very clean!

This hotel is in quiet area, easy to get to Corning, with shopping nearby. It is in need of updating. It feels dated and worn. There is nothing "wrong" with the hotel, and our stay was fine, but it would benefit from some work (new bedding, floors, decor, paint, fixtures, AC units, etc)

They were very accommodating to our needs . Had to switch rooms at last minute and they were able to do so with ease. Thank them for their service and kindness.

Breakfast staff was friendly.

The owner went above and beyond to help out my father, who got lost in the area. I was so impressed by the service and kindness!

Pro: Pleasant and quick check in/ check out Con: access from the highway a bit of a challenge, moldy smelling hallways, very scant breakfast, room floors were sticky

Convenient to where we needed to go

The property appeared to be in great shape overall. The lobby, hallways and room were clean. The area around the hotel was quiet. There is shopping and restuarants nearby. Breakfast was available (7am/Sunday). However, we left before it started. If we are in the area again, we would stay here again.
